Product worked but was pre-opened, not new
I would like to have recieved a new product instead of one that was obviously pre-opened and re-taped shut.

The Light Strip Will Not Be recognized as an Eligible Entertainment Center Light
Title says it all. I've read every forum and reset and re-installed everything multiple times. I will call support tomorrow but most likely will return this package. I've had it a week and gave up on it. I'm a long time gamer and have had my share of hardware issues but this is exceptionally frustrating.

Disappointing!!
The advertisement is somewhat misleading. I assumed that as it was "compatible" with alexa, that meant you don't need a bridge to use it. I finally got around to using it and it will not connect to my alexa without the bridge and the bridge is not working. What a waste of money! No one I know can even use this. I assumed it had bluetooth seeing as it needed a hub but apparently not.

When I received my product the Philips hue hub wasn’t included in the box only the lights were.

They are nice if its on a straight and flat surface
The adhesive fidnt stick very well it was hard to bent the corners and i didnt know ypu needes tue hdmi box for the full feature or i would be reviewing a kit

Would’nt connect to the app
Bought this for my daughter s dorm room. She tried for 2 hours yesterday to get it to work and it would not connect to the app. And since I bought it in July now it’s too late to return to Amazon
