Absolutely gorgeous. Lovely candlelight effect and very responsive remote

Having researched similar products on sale in many places, these looked to be good value. Well packaged and once batteries are in they look very effective, very pleasing. The remote works well and brilliant to be able to set them on a timer. The only slight hitch is that you have start 2/4/6/8 hour time periods at the time you want it to start from - you can't program the start and end times. So if it's currently 2pm and you click 4 hours they will go off at 6pm and come on again every 2pm. I've installed mine in lanterns and they look very appealing. Too early to comment on battery life, I have installed 2 AA Duracell batteries in each of the 5 candles and left on 4 hour cycles so time will tell. LEDs draw little current so I expect a decent battery life. Highly recomended.

Easy to use, these wax candles have a flicking plastic wick which looks very real. So good to have the remote control to turn them off, on, timer, and brightness. Excellent value. Each candle takes 2 x AA batteries. Arrived very quickly. Highly recommended!

My candle-loving family were initially horrified that I had bought 'fake electric' ones. Two days after they arrived however, we had a power cut most of the day and into night time. I was allowed to deploy these candles around the living room and they won my family over. Once put in 'candle' (flicker) mode on maximum brightness they are very realistic. They are still considerably dimmer than a real candle and work best as decorative rather than useful light sources. However the convenience of the remote control (two remotes supplied in this 9-candle pack) adds huge value. Do get a stash of Amazon basics rechargeable AA batteries (2 per candle) and an 8-gang charger. 2500mah cells should last 300 hrs use on constant (e.g. 100 days at 3hrs/day) and even more on flicker. Note that if you put them all together and start the flicker effect from the reomote, they initially flicker in unison! Soone their timings drift and the overall effect is stunning. The outers are genuine wax but the base houses the plastic battery door preventing their use on spiked candle holders. I took one star off ease of use simply because several presses of the remote control function are required to reach all the candles - a very minor niggle. Very pleased with my purchase. No more candle smoke at bed time or spilt wax on the furniture or carpet!

Excellent flameless Candles the right size perfect for what I needed, excellent soft lighting with remote control .once batteries placed and the switch is on position you can turn on and turn off with the remote control that operates all candles at the same time . They also look realistic. Sturdy well-made.With calming effect.

Brightness depends on your batteries and how powerful and used they are. Beautiful candles so much so I bought 2 sets for 2 friends and they love them! A beautiful glow from them and you get 2 remotes which is great if you want to use in separate rooms. Only downfall is the packaging :-( lost 2 stars for the packaging that is not environmentally friendly and bad for our wildlife and planet.

Lovely candles. Well worth the money. So easy to use and give a lovely glow! Note: Batteries aren’t included.
