This is a great piece of kit for people who drink protein shakes. It makes taking protein shakes anywhere really easy. Just add water and press the button and you get a properly blended protein shake without the lumps you get from manual shaking. I bought mine just over 10 months ago and I can also confirm that customer service were great when it stopped working. The motor was fine but stopped spinning the mixer. Voltrx replaced the item immediately - no quibbles - although I'd contacted them to ask them how to fix the problem not to replace it. They give a 12 month warranty and stand by it.

Best shaker I’ve used nearly a year now. Charge lasts for long. Better than promixx. I prefer this design as you can just unclip the motor base and use it as normal.

Update: Following my review, the supplier got in touch with me and offered a refund or replacement for the faulty product. I opted for a replacement and it arrived very quickly. My husband has been using it every day for about a month now with no issues. It works very well and it is so much easier to clean than a traditional shaker. —————— I brought this as a Christmas present for my husband. He has used it three times a week since the start of January and despite being fully charged the motor is now already so weak it no longer blends his shake. Back to a tradition shaker I guess.

It’s fantastic except for the fact the battery dies after 2 30s uses. One for drink and one for clean and it needs recharging despite being in charge for 2 hours.

Bought this and was sceptical, I'm a delivery driver and it's im not always able to stop for food so bought this for clear whey protein. First use took a minute to get the double press mixer to go as you have to do it in quick consetion for it to go for 2 minutes. Once started add powder into vortex and leave to mix. Found it does this perfectly but.... I bought this with the 600ml capacity but as the vortex goes obviously the liquid goes up. So by putting 450ml in to mix then add extra is a bit more faffing but ok. There are reviews with it not mixing properly but I havnt used thicker proteins but from what I gather as long as you follow instructions and start the vortex before adding powder you shouldn't have an issue. Also as a driver it's hard to find a shaker that fits in drinks holders but this fits perfectly with and without rechargeable base AAA*. After mixing 2 shakes for 3 minutes each battery indicates half charge from a full charge so perfect for what I use it for. I love mine and have got 5 other people to buy from my works plus my wife. A bit pricey but when compared to AA/AAA battery operated once this will save money in the long run. I've been using mine now for 4 days and no issues or complaints. Perfect for on the go, mixes better than a shaker (in my opinion) Only thing I found to have a niggle over was the mouth spoute being very short on the lid

Works absolutely great for a month or so. Then the motor just completely slows down to the point where it’s not enough to stir the powder and you get an unshaken drink. I recieved a message from Judith at customer services who has been very helpful and promised to deliver replacements, thanks for your help.

I really liked this product, the mixer was soo easy to use and the spout at the top was very comfortable to drink from. However the mixer battery pack that connects to the bottom of the bottle for the automatic mixing only lasted one full charge then broke on its second charge. I don't know how or why but it will now not light up or spin. Very unfortunate because it was brilliant for the 3 weeks it worked. Update - I was sent a replacement and have had zero issues, highly recommend it.

This is well-made, easy to use and easy to charge. The spinner blade thing is plastic. Luckily I caught my wife putting ice into it before she started it.

Great product with a variety of beautiful colors! Ive bought a few of these now and I continue to be impressed. When I had a issue with one of them, I reached out to customer support and they immediately helped me. They were extremely kind, fast, and understanding, which reassured me and further strengthened my loyalty to both the product and the brand. The blender itself works well and blends smoothly without clumps and is perfect for protein shakes, pre-workout mixes, smoothies, and superfood blends. Its portable and convenient so i dont need to drag around a large traditional blender since the bottle itself is the blender which saves time and reduces the amount of time and stress we all know can come with cleanup especially if you have a busy schedule. I haven't had any leakage issues so id say the seal is nice and tight and the build quality feels sturdy. The battery's rechargeable and lasts a good but not great amount of time between charges but honestly a minor issue as you could just pop onto one while youre doing literally anything since it doesn't take long plus its a nice compact size so you could easily throw it in a gym bag, take to the office, or even go traveling with it which I tend to do. This is a must-have for gym rats, busy professionals, or honestly just anyone who wants a reliable portable blender thats still stylish and easier to clean especially with all the pieces and nooks and crannies you have to go through cleaning in tradition blenders.
