Revenge Paperback – April 22, 2014

I always appreciate ME Logan's attention to detail in her books and her ability to draw you into a story, hold your attention and still throw in unexpected twists. An excellent read! Bravo, well done!

Revenge shows just how far some people will go to realize their dreams and desires. I was new to this author with this book but quickly bought her others.

Kendra McKenna grew up in the small Indiana town of Walton's Corner. Her first love was Linda, also a resident of Walton's Corner. After high school, Kendra tried to get Linda to go to California with her. Linda refused, and married a local man. Then, Linda disappeared. As time passed, Kendra's father became ill and she returned to run the family business. Robin Slusher is a TV investigative reporter. Kendra met her when Robin asked to have her security system checked. What follows is a passionate affair, and a mutual interest in a militia group. Kendra decided to join the group and to try to find Linda's killer.Revenge is over 300 pages long, and tells an exciting story of Kendra's involvement in the militia, as well as the role Robin plays. Logan has given readers well developed characters in Kendra and Robin, and has supplied them with a great supporting cast. This is a great book of romantic intrigue that will keep the reader glued to it until the satisfying end.

Although this isn't my usual reading genre, I enjoyed the book. It was nicely suspenseful and had enough surprises to keep my interest. Well done, M.E.
