Moen Eco-Performance Chrome Four-Function Removable Handheld Showerhead with 69-Inch-Long Hose and Wall-Mounted Slide Bar, 3667EP

I don't have a tub --only a shower, which is fine with me. But the showerhead in my new home is so high, and I'm so short. So a handheld shower that is permamently affixed to the wall was needed. At first I allowed the handyman to select a shower; he found one that used an adhesive to secure the bar to my marble wall. After it came apart, I did my own research and discovered this showerhead. I also learned from my new handyman that an adhesive fix on marble or any stone won'r work, as water can seep between the adhesive and stone and the seal will be broken. As this is affixed to the wall with screws, it works dandy-fine. And the product is exactly what I was looking for --4 different sprays including massage, a heavy, narrow stream and 2 gentler, wider rain-type sprays, as well as a large showerhead suit my needs perfectly. Its height is adjustable, and I can use it as either a handheld or wall shower. It is attractive, as well s a quality Moen. I now have my perfect morning shower back. I'm definitely pleased and highly recommend this product.

This is an easy install for a home owner. No plumber needed. Instructions are clear and easy. You need a drill, drill bit 5/16, and a stud finder makes installation a breeze. It also includes screws incase you can't find a stud (you will need a 5/8 drill bit to make the holes big enough for the includes anchors) Done in under 45 minutes. Nice pressure.

Took about three weeks to get the item. Item arrived in good condition and of good quality.

Replacing a similar Moen about 10 years old. Looks great, works great, not hard to install. Has some chrome finish plastic parts which would have been nice if steel. Overall, a stylish shower unit at a reasonable price. Would buy again.

We have now purchased 3 of these. Functions well, easy to change settings. Love that you can adjust the height. Need professional to install.

I cannot speak to the install piece so did not rate that since our plumber put it in. It is very easy to use. We are a year in and it still looks great. Made with real metal, not plastic like so many of the others so it should last for quite some time.

For the exorbitant cost of this fixture, it was incredibly cheaply constructed. While I was holding up the adjustable slid bar to the wall in the shower to get an idea where I was going to mount it, the sliding collar that actually holds the shower sprayer just broke in two. Hardly applied any force at all while adjusting its position and the holder snapped in the center around the screw. If I could give it a 0 star review I would. Couldn’t even get it installed before it failed. Honestly I’m glad it did before I drilled holes in the tile wall. I’m actually embarrassed that I payed $300 for this plastic junk. I thought Moen was pretty much a standard for fairly good quality fixtures, apparently not.

Mostly plastic except for the slide bar. Instructions say to drill 5/16 holes for screws, should be 3/16. Water pressure to the shower head is good. Water pressure thru shower head is very low, removed restrictors and is now ok. Tried to register the product but site doesn't recognize the model #. Not worth the price. I have purchased Moen in the past but would think twice about doing it again.
