Review: These are Fantastic! - I purchased these, since my skin is pretty sensitive to pure ice. I usually need to ice my arms after allergy shots, so I invested in these. I wrap them in a towel and apply to the back of my arms. They work so nicely! Just squeeze them, wait for a pop, and shake. They will be cold instantly but not biting cold like pure ice. My only negative is the coldness does run out pretty fast- within 10-15 minutes I'd say. But, overall, they are convenient and a great thing to have on hand!

This was a reorder of something I have used in the past. It is small enough to easily carry a couple in a gym bag, but large enough to cover and injury pretty well. It is easy to activate and use, and it stay cold for a decent amount of time. That is important when you actually have an injury when you need cold. All in all a very worthwhile in the gym back item
