Granrosi Compost Bin Kitchen Counter, 1.3 Gallon, 3 Charcoal Filters

I really like this compost bin. The handle makes it easy to carry and empty, and it's a good size for collecting food scraps throughout the week without needing to be emptied constantly. I also like the modern design. It looks much nicer sitting on my countertop than many of the compost bins I've seen, and it blends in well with my kitchen. One of my favorite features is the filter in the lid. It helps reduce odors and seems to do a good job keeping gnats under control as well. I've been pleasantly surprised by how well it works. Overall, this is a functional and attractive compost bin that holds plenty of food scraps and helps keep unwanted smells to a minimum. I would definitely recommend it.

I love this! I looks exactly like the picture. I can hold sooo much in it! I changed to this hoping that it would keep the odor down in my house and it does! I can’t smell a thing with the filter. It lightweight but really hold up to the job and is super easy to clean and swap the filter in! It fits perfectly on my counter between the stove and sink. It’s a great bang for your buck!

Looks good on the counter in the kitchen, and it keeps the kitchen from smelling too.

It is a good size, actually bigger than I thought. Good filtration system in the lid. Works great so far. I like that the inside is also coated and easy to rinse and wash.

I’ve had this compost bin for over 2 years now and have put it through heavy use. The size is perfect. Any larger and it would start to stink before I need to take it out. The design is nice and the lid fits perfectly. There are 2 issues that I have with it: 1. The inside rusted because the paint chipped really easily. The bucket seems fine though. Would just like a better paint coating. 2. Use a coffee filter under the carbon filter to keep bugs out. While the carbon filter does a good job of keeping the odors at bay, I found bugs breeding in the carbon filter. Not pleasant. This is an easy and cheap fix. In the end, I still recommend this bin and may even buy another.

LOVE this product!!! It's a great size. Is a very sturdy container with a lid. There is no odor. The filter in the lid works great. I purchased a package of compost bags and filters. No sign of leakage. Easy to clean with and without the bags. GREAT PRODUCT!

This is the perfect size for kitchen countertops, and there are no odors when the canister is closed. The charcoal filter in the lid does a great job of suppressing smells, and it even comes with extra replacement filters. I highly recommend using small biodegradable bags inside—emptying it is much less messy that way. I toss mine into the HOA-provided green bin, but if you have a garden or compost area, that may not matter as much. Great product overall. I bought one for myself and one for my sister, and she loves hers too.

This item sits on the kitchen counter until needed and looks great. I used to use a little plastic bowl but it smelled and attracted flies. No more!

Perfect size !

I actually purchased this for our bedrooms - got three. Our township allows composting of facial tissue but I didn't want to have an ugly recycling separator in our bedrooms. This solved the problem beautifully. Non-compostables go in the regular garbage and compostables go into this stylish bin!
