Just got this today and set it up successfully the first time, without any issues. This is my second attempt at buying an outdoor smart plug. The first, of a different brand, was way too complicated, never linked, and I finally ended up giving up and returning it to Amazon. Now that I know this one was this easy I will stick to this brand. It was also very easy to set up with Alexa. Overall, very satisfied! BTW I appreciate that Amazon now partners with Kohl’s to package and return items, this is the very reason I was willing to try another kind of smart plug and order it from Amazon. Sending the last one back was totally painless.

From the start i really had my doubts about this thing and if it would even last being outside. But to my surprise It was super easy to plug in, connect to it, and set up a schedule. I got this to control my water fountain and backyard lights on a schedule. My fountain runs from 2pm to 9pm and my lights are on 8pm to 11pm. It works really well and ive had this a few weeks in my backyard (mounted with the plugs facing down and no cover) and ive had no issues at all. Well see if it makes it through the winter.

Worked great and extremely happy with my purchase. Highly recommend. Update Oct 5 2020: Stopped working with my Halloween lights. First plug did not work a couple days ago during setup and second plug died today. This is pretty disappointing considering this was only used with my holiday decorations (last Christmas only so far) and is still under a year old. Dropped rating to one star. To sum up, it worked great ONLY for a short period of time. 👎👎 Hope they stand by their products. Stay tuned, update pending.

Worked perfectly, no WiFi connectivity issues even though it was outside. Only drawback is you have to install yet another app on your phone, AND if you have Google WiFi you will need to find an old 2.4ghz only iPad or other device to configure it as Google WiFi does not have a separate network if for 2.4ghz. Once you set it up on your old iPad or other device it works perfectly with the Google WiFi network.

It took a few minutes to set up but then was fine. Unfortunately, i had to put it on a small stand because my phone wouldn't connect to it even when i stood inside the window it was directly under. Once it was laying on the stand, i had no connection problems.

Great outdoor plug for holiday lights and a bonus that it's able to be connected to WiFi and Google/Alexa, which is what I really wanted. I was a little skeptical because it's not a name brand but set-up, use, function, and durability has exceeded my expectations so far. Unit has worked well this far, and the app is easy to use for set-up. I would definitely recommend this compared to other more expensive brands that are available and that I have tried with less success.

Worked well for 2 years then died. I would have given 5 star review had I done this sooner but I would hope that an outside plug not directly in the elements would have lasted a bit longer, hence the 3 stars. Two more years would have given it 5 stars. When it was working, you could control plug1, plug 2 or both plugs at the same time. Connects through eHomeLife app btw. Oh well, RIP plug.

Easy setup and works with Apple HomeKit. I appreciate that each outlet is controlled separately.

Muy buen producto, lo recomiendo mucho, si van a usarlo con Alexa solo asegurense de usar la app correcta que es la de Meross, ya que en el instructivo que incluye menciona otra app que no funciona bien.
