These are great for migraines!

Very soothing, STICKS TO YOU, and actually helps!
Ok, so I sorta blasted this seller for rather slow shipping, but they were sending it from the UK, so I'm sorry about that. I've purchased something similar in the US at the same time that was just AWFUL, didn't stick to my skin, and didn't help at all, so my hopes that this would do anything weren't very high. To my utter shock, this actually sticks to my skin and DOES HELP! It doesn't kick the migraine completely away, but it is very cooling and soothing, and it eases some of the tension caused by the migraine. If you can catch your migraine quickly enough, it can keep it at bay. I will be buying more, and I am a chronic migraine sufferer. I don't want to take meds as my first line of defense, so it is very nice to have this as an alternative that actually does do some good.

Love the idea of these but I still reverted back to using ice packs. They do get super cold which is nice but sometimes you want to move around the ice pack during a migraine and this is stuck to your head. But nonetheless I was still impressed with its effectiveness!

This is my second favorite thing to have on my forehead. Normally when I'm durfed off my ass(hungover) I am super unproductive. Slap one of these babies on here I am writing Amazon reviews for the first time ever.

Very strong smell
I am very happy that these shipped and got from the UK to the USA so fast but the smell is too strong for my sister, there isn't an ingredient list on the packaging and so my mom tested them and broke out from them so since my sister is allergic to almost everything she won't use them but it was worth a try. We are thankful that things like these exist so we can at least see if they might help.

Para las personas que padecemos migraña, estas tiras heladas son maravillosas. Te calman el dolor y te refrescan la frente durante varias horas. Incluso son excelentes para disminuir la fiebre. Valen muchísimo la pena.
