Love this! I got it for my barre workouts—it was recommended in the app & it works perfectly. Very easy to put together & is sturdy & feels great to hold on to. I did not put on the horizontal support bar at the bottom & it works fine without it. It’s light weight & can easily be moved out of the way when not needed. Would recommend!!!

It’s extremely easy to assemble so don’t worry about putting it together. Took less than five minutes. For me the problem is the limitations to range of motion. If you’re doing rond se jambe with one hand on the barre, you’re feet might hit the bottom ends of the barre because of how they made the metal beams point outwards. This barre doesn’t have much stability so you’ll be forced to used more core strength so just warm up before you start any barre work. The good thing is that it does not slide. It is very convenient to have. This is good for home or a small studio, for pointe work. Kathryn Morgan has excellent videos on YouTube for ballet. It is perfect for traveling as well.

I purchased this ballet barre over three years ago, and it has been absolutely wonderful. The quality is excellent, it’s sturdy, and it works perfectly for both home practice and professional use. I even use it regularly in my ballet studio for my classes, and it has held up beautifully. Recently, I needed a small replacement part, even though the purchase was made years ago. The customer service was truly exceptional. They immediately helped me and sent extra replacement parts at no charge. That level of care and generosity is rare these days. This ballet barre came in handy during the quarantine. When in person classes were canceled, I was devastated not knowing the next time I'd be able to work on technique at the barre. Around Black Friday, I saw there was a sale on this item and decided to go ahead and treat myself to my own ballet "studio". Unfortunately with all of the postal chaos, the item took longer than expected to ship. After inquiring about tracking, the company Artan responded quickly and kindly. When I finally received the ballet barre, it was easy to put together. The instructions were very helpful and the tools it came with were sufficient. I was a little surprised that the barre itself was not wood, instead it is also metal. The non-slip pads keep it nice and stable on my carpet floor and adjusting the height isn't hard. I am very happy with my purchase.

We bought this barre for our daughter for Christmas. It looks great!!! It is lightweight and easy for our daughter to move on her own. However, we could tell right away that it would become loose very easy and was wobbly. The paperwork that came with the barre encouraged us to contact the company if we had issues with the sturdiness, and they could give us tips. When we did that, we were told that the the barre we purchased was their newest model and there was no way to make it better. Ok, at the time, we felt like this would do for the little at home practice she was doing. We would just tighten it every couple of weeks. Now that she is using the barre 3x a week for her online ballet classes (COVID) it is becoming apparent that this will not do long term. After an hour of use, it is so wobbly that it has to be tightened before the next use. The legs have always turned easily—now they turn every time she has to move it to the other side and she has to fix them—taking time away from her class. There has to be something better than this.

I've been streaming ballet classes weekly during the pandemic, and finally decided to invest in a portable barre. I did a lot of searching and ended up with this one since it was on the cheaper end of the spectrum and had a clean and simple appearance. I think their newer model has an extra pipe connecting the supports at the bottom, and I didn't like the look of that (I also thought it might get in the way when doing exercises facing the barre or using the inside leg). Two things I had wondered about were: 1) the curved stands -- I wondered if these would be sturdy enough. It turns out they are, since they're metal. I can actually stand on it to stretch out my arches, although I probably shouldn't do that too regularly. 2) one of the reviews below complains about the the supports rotating around while the barre's in use -- I gave that connection (between the curved stand and black vertical support) an extra tight turn, and after a full hour-long class (that was quite difficult and involved a lot of gripping the barre), found that it was fine. When I'm relying on the barre a lot I do find that it'll occasionally tilt towards me, but I don't think that can be helped with portable barres of this size. I read one review that complained it was smaller than pictured, but I would disagree -- I found it bigger than I had expected, and more than adequate for one person to use.

We have had this ballet bar for 7 years!!! It is still is amazing to this day. From age 12 to 18 and through COVID lockdowns. My daughter is now a teacher and still uses it. The only issue we had is in the last couple months a couple of the grip stickers on the bottom of the legs have come off. I contacted the company and they are sending me new ones. Amazing customer service! I highly recommend this bar!

Sbarra per danza classica, usata in casa per lezioni danza DAD. La struttura è abbastanza leggera, non è fatta per appoggiarsi di peso (ma le ballerine sanno come appoggiarsi delicatamente). La sbarra è di metallo verniciato ma si presenta bene.

Un peu cher quand à l’arrivée on constate que l’acier est rayé mais cela reste un bon produit. La barre est en acier imitation bois. Livraison en avance.

Es un producto estupendo. Se ajusta bien al espacio del que dispongo y es suficientemente segura para trabajar sin problemas.

la barre est jolie mais côté solidité c'est bof, je l'ai d'ailleurs revendue ! les visses sur les côtés se desserrent sans arrêt, les rondelles sont en caoutchouc très fragile, les finitions des 2 parties qui maintiennent la barre sont pas très ajustées
