This BestMassage recliner chair has been a fantastic addition to our home — so much so that my dog has officially claimed it as her bed. The chair is incredibly comfortable, soft, and cozy, making it hard for anyone (including pets) to resist. The recliner is easy to use, supportive, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. It feels sturdy and well-made, and the padding is just right for lounging. Whether sitting upright or fully reclined, it’s very comfortable. Overall, great quality and excellent value for the price. If even my dog refuses to get off it, that says everything you need to know. Highly recommend!

When I placed my order it said it would arrive in 4-5 days. It didn’t even ship until then but once it shipped it said it’d arrive between the 15th-20th and I got them on the 3rd. I’ve seen dining chairs that cost more then this chair does so I didn’t have high expectations when I ordered them. They were so easy to put together. I do have a very small tear in both chairs in the same place (left side towards the back just under the arm where the back attaches) If not for everyone’s comments about returns I probably would’ve sent them back but they’re small and I can fix them. It’s true that the foot rest doesn’t lock into place but that hasn’t really been a problem for me. My only complaint is that the back doesn’t permanently attach to the seat. From the most reclined position i had a bit of difficulty getting it to start going up and I ended up knocking the back right off. Like I said, for the price I didn’t expect much so I’m not disappointed with them. They do recline, the massage does work and they’re comfortable. I’m 5’4” and fit nicely with room to spare and they don’t overcrowd my small space. For the price, I think they’re a good deal. Realistically you can’t expect it be like a high end recliner at this price but overall it exceeded my expectations.

Ok... So I was skeptical at first so we bought 1... to test, try and see what we thoght... we also bought 1 other chair (its on the back row in the pictures) after a quick test of the two chairs we decided these were the ones we wanted to outfit our movie room with! So purchased more... 6 more to be exact... so then we had 8 total seats... now after about 2 months of using them we are buying 2 more to fill up the space! Pros 1- Small footprint great for anyone under 6'2" 2- SUPER easy to assemble just screw on the legs, click in the back, and connect the 2 cords 3- Seem to be holding up well so far 4- pretty comfortable 5- my kids love the vibrating back massage feature 6- best chairs for the money 7- perfect for a movie room Cons 1- no bulk discounts 2- as an adult the back massager is just some light vibrating 3- not big enough for aftermarket cup holders 4- slide easily on Hard surface LVP flooring 5- the leg rests are tough to position in any position other than up, or completely flat... but it works perfectly fine... Bottom line... I would buy them again... in fact, i'd buy all 9 of them again and have already referred friends to purchase them. We have all 9 of these in a 10' x 10' footprint.

An easy-to-assemble reclining chair with electronic massager. However, what should you expect from a reclining chair that costs less than $150? It does what it offers: reclines, massages. However, beware that the reclining feature is manual, and it requires the person to push the back support backwards and the leg part will come up. There is no side handle/lever. It is sometimes difficult to set the reclining at a specific, desired position. More importantly, the same comforting massage feature can cause some discomfort. If you sit there long enough, the massaging parts can feel a little hard and cause slight discomfort.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! First off the chairs are super small! They look like they were made for a child’s room instead of for an adult. They DONT massage at all! They vibrate. I’m 5’4 and the “foot rest” is at my calves. Besides the chair just NOT being worth it, one came missing pieces and the other arrived broken. I called to have the chairs refunded and things just continued to go downhill. At first someone named Amanda was emailing me back and it seemed like it would be an easy refund... it was not. The chairs were too big to fit in my car to return to a FedEx so they told me to print out the shipping labels and call to have the defective inadequate waste of space chairs picked up. I did. I understand the issues I had with FedEx isn’t the sellers doing, but after 5 days of trying to get the chairs picked up FedEx was still playing games. I emailed the seller numerous times to tell them fedex was not picking up the items. I asked if they used any other companies to have the items picked up because I wanted a refund (this is after the whole “let us know what we can do to help script”) I literally showed multiple videos of the packages outside my home with my Fitbit to show date and time... they never came and no help was offered. Amanda had no solutions and offered no help. She literally just gave me the SAME phone number I had been calling. I filed a complaint against FedEx and offered the case number to show I HAD been trying to get the items picked up so I could get a refund. They literally stopped responding. I had to have Amazon step in; in hopes of getting my money back. One of the chairs came with a broken remote, the other came with part of the leg missing. Cavalier has a lack of quality control and bad customer service. Now I have two useless chairs that I’ll still have to pay to have hauled away. Do yourself a service and buy different more reliable chairs from a better seller. Stare clear of Cavalier and Amanda.

This chair is great for the price! It's not too big so it doesn't take up a lot of space, but just big enough to be really comfortable. The massage function works great as well. I'm 5'10 and 250 lbs and it fits me like a glove. I was also able to find a chair cover set that fits so hopefully my cat won't try to use it as a scratching post like my last chair. All in all, I definitely recommend purchasing this recliner!

We got this for my sons room as he outgrew his old rocking chair. Husband said super comfy and easy to put together however it was sent to us in the completely wrong colour. We ordered beige and got gray. Not a huge deal to us enough to send back so its fine!
