Chilean Sea Bass Fillet

It was spectacular. But it had bones in it. It wasn’t truly a boneless fillet as I thought. But the bones were fairly big size. It was definitely fresh. Tasted fantastic. Smell good and fresh. Texture was good. Highly recommend for Lent season or meatless days!

Really nice cut of fish - thick and perfect for pairing with lemon anything. Caution: does contain bones. Has to remove for my toddler.

The Chilean Sea Bass was very good and flavorful especially under a Miso Honey glaze. Downside is the amount of bones in my piece of fish. Also the section of the fish is not consistent since I will get a cut from the middle and then a cut next to the tail with hardly any flesh. The taste is fresh and that is why I continue to purchase this.

Chilean sea-bass is the BEST fish in the United State.It is expensive but well worth it.If you have not tried it, try with PF chang'sYou DO need to have Soy sauce and steam rice to get highest potential though

This is by far the best fish that you can buy here at WF. It is so creamy and moist and decadent!I brushed it with a mango dressing and then pressed the Fish Nuts Macadamia topping on top and baked.FANTASTIC! Well worth the cost.

The fish is delicious, but the cut was irregularly cut with more skin than fish. One pound barely enough for 2 people. Found 17 bones in one pound.

My father never gives a full compliment on anything I make. He’s a 90 year old Italian and know good food. He by no means is picky, he just knows what’s good. Well, I made this for him tonight and followed a 5 Star recipe I found online and let me say, I have never in my entire life have heard him give a full compliment , a compliment where he said it was like a dish from a 5 star restaurant! WHAT!!! 😳 So with that being said, I will definitely be purchasing this again for him. I received an I love you, a kiss and a thank you for caring so much. 😆**PS I’m Vegan so I can’t give my own review
