Perfect fit (UPDATED 11 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE STOPPED WORKING)
UPDATE: Purchased June 2022 Stopped working May 2023. For 11 months almost 12 this worked great. Today when I plugged it in my laptop started doing weird things. The screen started freaking out. I unplugged, restarted, and just as I was getting the plug ready to plug into the computer again I noticed that just having that little piece close enough to the hole, not in it, it began freaking out. I bought this as my backup to my Lenovo power cord but I used both. One downstairs and one upstairs so I didn't need to remember the cord. I inserted the Lenovo cord and had zero issue. Did a double check and yes it was the power cord I bought here. I'm disappointed.I was worried to order something like this that was not EXACTLY the same. I have the charger that came with my Lenovo and was anticipating that I read something wrong or it would just not be the right size. PHEW! Its perfect and the cord is way longer than the one that came with my laptop.I am thrilled with it!

Just like factory.
As my laptop is old enough to only last an hour without power, I got tired of moving cord from desk (main area of use) to other areas. So, now the original stays at desk and this one was purchased to 'travel' with laptop. I have found it to be identical to the factory issued cord and plug. It doesn't over heat and I prefer it for portability as it is just slightly less 'stiff' than the original. (winds up into bag more easily). Don't know why I didn't buy this sooner..... Note: I use a Lenovo IdeaPad S340 (about 5 yrs old).
