great tool works fine

This item arrived too late for our project. We had to purchase one from the store just like it to get our fencing finished. We went on vacation during the return window, so we could not return it. It is a great tool to use with the ratchets to tighten fencing cross wires.

This tool was just what we needed, easy to use and did its job.

The fork part of the tool did not fit over my tensioners and I had thought that I would have to return it. The tensioners were bought through the Amazon recommended purchase with this product. The square drive at the end of the handle was used to operate the ratchet tensioners.

really disappointed. Purchased for use on-Fence Shock Electric Fence Wire Strainer, 10PCS Heavy Duty Inline Wire Tensioner, Wire Ratchet Tensioner for Electric Fence, Farm Fence. the openings are not wide enough to fit the sides of the wire strainer. had to modify with a bunch of filing to get to work. about 1/4 inch too narrow to fit.

This tool puts the come here to the fence strainers as designed. The paint is holding up well after fencing a ten acre project. The metal seems like good quality that is holding up well and sturdy.

Works well, just make sure your loop through the tensioner is tight enough to no impede the teeth of the ratchet, found that out the hard way.

The tines did not have enough space for the tensioner bolt. I had to use a grinder to make it wider, then it worked like a champ. If I didn't have the grinder, I may have had to return it.

These wire tighteners do the job well, no problems with them. Cattle have been leaning against the wire several years and they have stood the test. They cost 1/3 from a farm store price.
