A good mature cheese. I have bought this cheese 3/4 times each time I have nothing bad to say about it just Yum Yum enjoy....

Reasonable flavour and firm texture. A little crystallisation noted. Doesn't easily grate, tends to break.

Excellent By Far The best to date !!
Excellent, nice smooth creamy strong mature cheese, it's already on reorder !! I think it is great value, and is far beter than some of the cheeses I had had from other sellers on Amazon. Only reason it's not 10 star is obvious there are only 5 !!
