After acquiring all the Doterra pans and roasting racks and using them over the past year, I am really hopeful I'll never need to buy replacements! Well worth the cost. They are light and easy to care for. We store them with a dish towel to protect the nonstick surface and clean them with Jetz sponges only. Please note that we always use ghee, butter, or olive oil when cooking so can't assess how these pans would work without some fat during use. Only wood or silicone utensils are used. They still look new and the food never sticks. My only complaint is that not all pans come with a lid, although the wok lid is also usable for the largest frying pan. For the cost, a lid should come with each pan. As some have reported, these pans should never be used on high heat. They work very well on our gas cooktop. (Some buyers complain about the flat lid because water from steam collects in the lid handle attachment. I've found that tilting the lid by hooking the lid handle in the carrying handle (on the side of the pan) and resting the opposite lid edge on the counter allows the water to drain over several hours. There will still be water spots, however.) One relative was so impressed after visiting us and seeing this cookware, she bought every single pan in the collection. We highly recommend these!

Never ever have I had such a gorgeous dutch oven! I swear my soups taste better haha! Seriously though, this is such a well designed pot and lid, so very easy to hand wash, nothing sticks to it, super sturdy. I absolutely love it! Getting a second one shortly as hubby and I like different soups and this is the weather!

This Dutch oven is a kitchen MVP. I had already purchased the 8 qt and needed something for daily use. It’s lightweight, heats evenly, and the ceramic nonstick coating makes cleanup really easy. Great for soups, sauces, pasta, rice, sautéing—you name it. The dual handles make it super easy to move, and it works on all stovetops, including induction. I also like the sleek and modern look in matte black. Solid quality, smart design, and well worth the price.

This is a great pot and I got it at a good price. The only problem I have with it is that I have to remove the lid handle after washing to dry it because water gets trapped inside the metal disk.

I love all of their pots and pans but this one is great because it is so light weight, naturally nonstick, easy to clean and nontoxic. What’s not to like?! I have replaced most of my pots, pans and cookie sheets with this amazing brand. Thank you for a great product!

My wife was amazed and thrilled when she got this for her birthday. She does most of the cooking, and she loves to cook soups and stews. She's used this several times in the last month. It's easy to clean. She uses a brush on the inner rivets to keep it clean. (Our old aluminum pot burned food on the bottom a couple of times, and she had to always soak it to clean it.) The handles are great and she doesn't need a pot holder. The light weight of the pot is great. (The old one was super heavy.) I took a chance on this product, and now she wants some of the other things they have. Plus, it's made in Italy, not China. Excellent quality.

Once a week I make a pot of steel cut oats with hemp hearts, flax seed, cinnamon and a half gallon of whole milk. I have used a zillion dutch ovens as well as my Instant Pot to make them and always have fought to remove the burned on stuff from the bottom of the pan. Other non-stick pans do not last very long despite my using wooden utensils as well as carefully hand washing them. That's where this sweet dutch oven comes in. I like the speckled non-stick interior which seems to have much less of the toxic chemicals other pans do. It's made of recycled aluminum too which makes it lightweight and more environmentally friendly. I have found that it takes a little longer to heat up and bring the oats to a soft simmer which is surprising because it's aluminum. And the glass lid has a tendency to capture water beneath the metal cap that's on it, however the water does drain out after washing and allowing to dry. Bear in mind that it is NOT made for induction cooktops. Not an issue for me because I have a gas cooktop. I'm pleased with my "oats" pan and feel that it's a good value. I do hope that it lives a bit longer than the other non-stick pans I've used for this purpose.
