I used this brand many years ago. Not the best tasting but also not the worst. Middle of the road. I just hope and assume it will help with what it says it will do. I will probably start putting them in my flavored water instead of eating them. I like them because I was told they are not full of sugar. I would recommend it. I hear it's one of the best brands out there.

Very good neutral taste

Not a fan of the saccharine taste, but I hope it will provide what this seasoned chick needs to support bone health.
