Great radio/cd player for the price. Good price, perfect for camping , if no electricity it also works on 2 C batteries. We listen to it while relaxing on the porch or sitting at our fire pit. Very clear sound, easy to use.

Music therapy for my 79 year old mom. Easy setup and she has plenty of cd's to listen to reminiscing all the good times.

Sound is adequate not wow. Works fine for my music but I don't do the whole bass thing. The functions and color are all on point and for that I love it! If that is what you want, all these functions with adequate sound, you will be happy with it. The lid is dumb. You have to pry it open. Bad design. But it's fine. You just have to do a lil work to open it. It serves the purpose of protecting the cd when it's in there off or playing. That's it. Open in the middle with care and it'll be fine. Not like normal ones where you can push the lid, or a button and it opens itself. I use both the USB port and CD player daily. Awesome options. I love the shuffle for USB and the continual play for the CD best of all.

I purchased this portable CD player so I can play calming CD music to help me fall asleep. I used this CD player for just 30 minutes each night. 4 nights ago, I noticed that the sound skips 2 to 3 times. Last night, it was a total disappointment, the CD player completely quit on me. Unfortunately, the return window was March 2. I am writing this review on March 5. Yeah, I paid $40.00 for this product which made it expensive considering I only used the CD player for a total of 960 minutes or total of 16 playing hours. It would be greatly appreciated if the company will replace this with a functioning CD player or reimburse me. Total Disappointment!

My old "Jensen" CD MP3 player volume began to wear out. It was an easy and great little player. Finding a replacement that measures up has not been easy. I burn a lot of Mp3 audios onto CDs which I use with the CD player, especially at night. I burn relaxing sounds to play at night. This Lonpoo player is adequate. It has pros and cons. I'll start with what I found as Cons. Others might find my cons to be pros. Each to his own. 1) This has a very BRIGHT LED blue display. The display is SO bright that it lights up a dark room at night. If you want an MP3 player to use at night and keep your room dark, this will without a doubt, disappoint. It's ridiculously bright. I don't understand manufacturers' development mindset. They only need to do a small amount of research to find that CD players are often purchased for night use. It's a known fact that blue LED light is NOT recommended for night use as it messes with the circadian cycle, and makes deep sleep difficult. All they need to do is replace the blue LED with red. Experts say it's harder to develop blue LED as opposed to red. Nevertheless, I knew that this had a blue LED but hoped that it might be dim or doable but unfortunately no. I tried covering the display with a cloth but found that it was so bright that in order to block the light, a thick cloth was needed. Another feature that was awkward was the Repeat button. How hard can that be? Well, leave it to the manufacturer to make a simple feature, complex. Despite the simplistic instructions, it isn't quite as easy as they said. It worked fine the first time. For whatever reason after that, it became complex. PROS: aside from the LED blue display light lighting up a darkened room, and the awkward repeat button feature, this is a decent Mp3 player. The audio is good, has great volume, and the FM radio reception is also good.

Great product

Hands down, the most un-user friendly CD player I've ever encountered. For some unknown reason, there's a whole fusillade of buttons on different sides of the player. There's one to turn volume up, then somewhere on the other side, for some incomprehensible rationale, there's another button to turn the volume down. Yes, why would we want one end of the same button for one function, then the other end for the opposite function? Much too simple and ordinary. HELLO LONPOO, SIMPLE IS GOOD! So this " two buttons where one is needed" theme is repeated all over the front of this player. There is a stop button, but good luck finding it! It's right next to Waldo!. The sound is terrible if you want to listen without headphones. It's like you're playing old, scratchy LP's rather than laser discs. The sound is actually good if you listen with headphones. That, of course, means you've somehow figured out the hieroglyphics of the plethora of buttons, which require an advanced degree in mechanical engineering and chaos theory. Also, the lid is so stiff that you won't require working out with dumbells anymore. Just try to life the lid to insert a CD. A workout for the ages! This CD player is a high maintenance mess. Uff Da.

Bastante simpática y práctica la potencia se distorsiona cuando subes el volumen pero para escuchar 🎧 de manera personal si está bien la recomiendo

I have only just received this but so far I am very impressed. It is so light to carry (I agree with one review that the handle is a bit flimsy). I asked before purchase if it Shuffled CDs as it mentioned it in the listing. IT SHUFFLES! 🥳 I love it! I have 2 little niggles, though, both really minor and 1 my fault : the track number of the CD doesn’t show anywhere, just the play timer. You can only find out the track you are listening to by referring to the disc cover : it isn’t made clear enough that you have to remove a little piece of yellow card from the disc bed before playing a CD. I thought I was going to have to return the boombox as faulty as it wouldn’t play my discs. My fault, of course as I didn’t read the instructions. It’s obviously an age thing! Apart from that, I love this great little boombox. It does the job of playing my CDs - sound quality good, volume more than required, value brilliant. I heartily recommend this - so far.
