Must buy!
The GX keyboard is a dream to type on. They strike the perfect balance between tactile feedback and a quiet keystroke, making them ideal for both gaming and productivity. The actuation force feels just right. The app allows for a dizzying amount of lighting variations - I chose the soft white. The build quality of the G513 is exceptional. The brushed aluminum top plate not only looks sleek but also feels incredibly sturdy. It gives the keyboard a premium and durable feel. The wrist rest that comes with the keyboard is a thoughtful addition, providing comfortable support during long gaming or work sessions. It's a small touch, but it makes a big difference in terms of comfort. Overall, the Logitech G513 has exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a top-notch keyboard that offers a fantastic typing experience, stunning RGB lighting, and a robust build quality. Whether you're a gamer or a professional who spends hours at the keyboard, this keyboard is an absolute winner. I can't recommend it enough!

Great Keyboard
Figured I would wait until I've had it a while before reviewing. This keyboard is better than I personally expected. Coming from a steelseries gaming membrane keyboard, mechanical switches are much better in regards to gaming. Th GX brown switches on this keyboard are perfect for me, although can be a tad noisy if it's too quiet in the room. My steelseries membrane keyboard is just as loud as this one so it doesn't bother me. The included wrist rest is a plus as it's soft and doesn't have a magnet to keep it on the keyboard. You can move it where ever you like and the rubber grips keeps it still. I paired it with my G502 mouse and couldn't be more happier with it. Keys are easy to actuate and responsive. The keyboard itself doesn't flex, at all. A little heavy but feels like quality was priority. Previous keyboards i've had all had flex and felt cheap regardless of price. I recommend it based on quality and the GX switches feel good.

Honest first time mechanical keyboard review
I upgraded from a $15 keyboard to the G513, Ive never used a mechanical keyboard till now. I was looking for something that wouldnโt be to loud and obnoxious. The Brown tactile is perfect for that, I was also hoping for the keys to be a little easier to press but with the brown tactile itโs pretty similar to a regular keyboard only downside if you want the keys to be easier to press compared to a regular keyboard. The Logitech app for controlling the RGB, macros, and keys is so incredibly smooth with no flaws! Made me want more Logitech products to improve my gaming, which I did! The quality of the keyboard is great, the price point makes sense for the materials used. So sleek with the Metals used on the sideโs, the keys themselves almost have like a alloy feel which makes it comfortable and smooth to every press of the key. I highly recommend if youโre looking for a mechanical keyboard that is sturdy with no flaws for RGB control and macros! ALSO the wrist rest is AMAZING all i have to say!

Great mechanical keyboard if you're looking for something more minimal
Been using this keyboard for a few months now, and it's held up well. I like the brown switches, they feel wonderful to use when typing and gaming. Keycaps I don't really have any strong feelings about. This is my first mech keyboard so I don't really even know what "high end" keycaps should be like, but they seem fine to me. RGB lighting is almost perfect, I like that it's a little more understated, though I do wish the symbol keys were lit (in real usage, you can still pick them out, just takes a sec). One big negative is the G Hub software, I've come to the conclusion that it's hot garbage for game profiles. Something to do with not detecting games on a separate hard drive I think. Oh well, I just set mine up for a cool system wide setting I like and use that (I don't really look at my keys when gaming anyways). Built really solid like others have said, and was definitely a step up from my scissor switch keyboard, despite some minor flaws.

Best keyboard I have owned
I originally purchased a Logitech MX Mechanical Wireless keyboard but it had things I did not like especially the fact that the backlighting went out all the time. I returned it and went with the G513 and am glad I did. First the feel. It is very well made. It has some weight to it and feels like you could pound a nail with it. Keys are very responsive and not to loud. Lighting is great. I love the fact that you can change colors in different fields as we as individual keys. Lighting stays on all the time and is very bright. The only drawbacks to this keyboard i have found is that although the numbers light up the special characters below them do not light up. Also it would be nice if this keyboard worked with Logitech flow like the mx master but oh well not a deal breaker. So far very happy.

Update-- A year and a half later-- switches are failing
Update-- Bought May 2020-- Update Nov 2021 After working from home and using this keyboard for up to 8-10 hours a day 7 days a week-- I am getting quality issues. I am getting some of the issues that others have noticed-- missing key press and double key press. This is happening almost every day now. I loved this keyboard for work and for play but I would have expected the switches to last longer. Also it matters when you type something to the CEO and the keyboard starts to freak. Not a good look. Looking to replace ASAP. I love this keyboard! Pros: Comfortable wrist rest Lighting effects are awesome-- I love the color wave setting Keys are just loud enough but not too clicky (This is the tactile version) The feel of the keys are the best part-- Very expensive nice feel to them The brushed metal looks great on my desk Keyboard isn't huge-- does not take up entire desk Does not render electric shocks like the Razer one that I returned to Amazon. Don't buy the Razer huntsman Elite. Cons: Lack of Macro keys No multimedia keys No Num Lock light? This is your standard keyboard that is old school. If you want a no frills are no weird buttons on your keyboard-- This is an excellent buy. I highly recommend this keyboard. Just what I needed

It's amazing. Love that clicky feel.
Love everything about it. It weighs a crap ton, doesn't shift around on the table. The wrist rest is also solid and has actually reduced my wrist pain as I've supported them. I have a ridiculous cat and the cat hair can be easily blown out of the board. And the keys feel and sound amazing and make me so happy. Nice! Two quirks, won't even call them negatives. 1) The volume change is *inconvenient* but not crushing. It's easily one hand's ability. 2) There are some lighting quirks. It's beautiful 99% of the time, but occasionally my enter key or something gets stuck in another color until I press it again. No big.

Solid keyboard
Have large hands and work with them daily so a gentle keyboard is not for me lol. This keyboard feels solid and the brown switches have a nice controllable feel under the fingers. Blue and browns are my favorites but red are way light for me and I hit keys by accident( I've used all three over the years). If you have large or strong hands get blue or brown but if you have high dexterity or are a smaller person then try the reds. Ghub software with keyboard is easy to use and RGB is bright, crisp, and fully customizable with savable profiles for different games and/or rgb schemes on your system. Worth the money in my opinion. Used extra keys they supplied for added texture that cups the finger as you can see on the picture.

It's not just worth the money, it's also the best keyboard on earth.
This is the best keyboard I've ever owned. Had one before, killed it with accidental soup all over it (the keys still worked but my leds were cooked) bought another one, and the sheer amount of joy i have from having it again is unreal. It feels awesome to the typing, is not loud, yet I can still feel every click, and the solidity of the chassis is insane! No ragequit boy gonna break it anytime soon!

VERY nice keyboard
I'm jealous that I bought this for my wife, I should have gotten it for myself! But, my keyboard is still holding up just fine. The quality of this keyboard is what you'd expect from Logitech on the higher end. In my opinion they knock this one out of the ballpark. Great keyboard, sturdy and with some very nice features. The wrist rest pad is very nice as well, soft yet firm. Like it should be. I recommend this completely to anyone that wants a keyboard.

Lasted me a good many years more than I had expected it to.
The build quality is better than what I'd've expected from a Logitech keyboard. The Kalih Brown switches feel OK and are not too loud... if you know how to touch type. It's fine, but the switches are soldered into the PCB for whatever reason so they are not hot-swappable which is quite silly...

Works great!
The lights look great and can be adjusted quite easily. I am quite happy with the quality of the build, and the keys sound nice.

Terrible switches
Pros: - Heavy construction, high quality. - RGB lighting is very clear, bright, and vibrant. Cons: - These "GX brown" switches feel terrible, and I can't believe they're included in this high-end product. I'm no snob, I've hardly tried many types, but these are so bad that I can't even believe any single person would enjoy using them. They feel like rough gritty dirt and sand. They have zero resemblance to Cherry MX brown switches, which are smooth and pleasant to type on. Even cheap knock-off brown switches are amazing compared these. These are so bad that I cringe every time I have to type something. - The entire keyboard is bowed and not flat. The middle part is bent up compared to sides. - The cord is as thick and unwieldy as a high-current AC power line. - The RBG white point is not white, it's blue. I had to change the color to R=255, G=190, B=180 to make it white.
