They are not shiny cards, but have more of a rough, matte finish that sounds very unique when shuffling. The size of the cards are very close to standard and for someone like me with little hands, they’re a dream to shuffle. The sigils work and are discrete enough to not overpower the tarot meanings. The box they come in is well made and the book is beautifully done, simple and straight to the point. I will say if you are new to tarot and not familiar with the card meanings by memory, this may not be a good deck for a beginner. If you get to know the angels though, you can see the tarot correlations to their unique qualities and personalities which makes readings 100 times more insightful and powerful if you know how to connect. Overall if anyone is serious in the spiritual path and wants to really connect with the angelic energies I’d recommend this deck every time.
