These NEWGO Small Ice Packs are a must-have for quick, effective pain relief. I got the 6-pack and it’s been incredibly convenient—there’s always one ready in the freezer when I need it. The smaller, round size is perfect for targeted areas like the face, jaw, or around the mouth, especially for things like toothaches or minor injuries. What I really love is the cloth backing and included sleeve. It makes a huge difference in comfort—no harsh, icy shock on the skin, just a soothing, consistent cold (or heat) that feels gentle but effective. They stay cold long enough to actually make an impact, and switching to hot therapy is super easy too. The quality feels great, and they’ve held up well with regular use. Whether it’s for swelling, pain relief, or recovery, these are super versatile and easy to use. Plus, having multiple packs is a lifesaver.

I very seldom write reviews and when I do it, it is usually a negative review. But this time I had to praise this product. I bought these ice packs since I broke my knee and I had to ice the knee pretty much all the time. The packs are small enough to re-freeze quick (something that was important for me). They come with an included sleeve made of stretchy material with Velcro at the end. You can stuff the sleeve with 3-4 of these icepacks and then wrap the sleeve around your injury and secure it with the Velcro. In my case it fit great around my knee and would stay in place for long periods of time. It also comes with a very cute little card that wished me a quick recovery, small detail that put a smile on my face. Strongly recommend it.

Perfect size, number, retains good freeze for 20 on-20 off routine, the light pocket wrap with a small strip of velcro big enough to hold it on just right. Used for a dental molar procedure, worker great!

The actual ice packs are excellent. They work great, they are not bulky, and they get cold quickly in the freezer. Don't hesitate to get these, they work very well. As someone who spent most of the month of November and part of December hospitalized for a back injury last year, I have the need for ice packs daily. With that in mind, here is some feedback regarding the product design of the accessories provided with the packs. A suggestion I have for the manufacturer: the plastic bag and elastic wrap provided to use these with should have compartments stitched into them to keep each of the packs in place. As they are, the packs tend to fall into one spot together and if you are using this on your back like I am, it is difficult to get them positioned so that there is full coverage of the area without being bulky due to a pack pile up in the bottom of the bag/wrap. I use these small ice packs for my breasts since I’m a pumping mom, and they have been a lifesaver. I love that they’re small and flexible enough to fit right inside my bra and target the exact areas I want. Compared to other breast icing pads that cover the entire breast, these are perfect for tender spots or clogged areas when I don’t need full coverage. They get cold quickly, stay cold long enough to be effective, and aren’t uncomfortably stiff. The size makes them super versatile—not bulky at all—and much easier to position exactly where I need relief. Another big plus is that they come multiple in a pack, so I can rotate them or use more than one at a time. Highly recommend!

I got a gnat in my eye and I had a reaction & my eye swelled shut. I went to the ER and they recommended eye drops & cold compresses. The se were the perfect size to cover my eye and one side was fabric while the other side was soft vinyl. Follow the directions and use as recommended otherwise you can damage the delicate skin on your eye area. They also added a gauze bandage so you can wrap it around your head to hold the cold pack in place, or any other area. I tried them from the fridge and they weren’t cold enough for me. When taken from the freezer, let them rest for 5 minutes to warm up.

I bought these out of convenience of having something small to put on a knee injury I'm nursing and they work perfectly, especially if I need to ice at night where I can eliminate the bulk of a huge ice pack. They's also very versatile in that they seem durable so far and they freeze well not to mention, with this summer 2026 heat, I even put a couple on my chest and forehead to cool down and sometimes if needed in the morning when I awake, I put a couple over my eyes to help eliminate face puffiness so no matter what your desire for use, these are a great choice.

I purchased these ice packs specifically because the instructions stated they were microwave-safe for heat therapy. I followed the directions exactly, and one of the packs exploded in my microwave, creating a huge mess and a potential safety hazard. Thankfully no one was injured, but this could have been much worse. That said, they did work very well as cold packs and stayed cold for a good amount of time. I just would strongly caution others before heating them in the microwave as advertised.

Hatte meinen großen Fußzeh gebrochen und brauchte eine Möglichkeit meinen Fuß zu kühlen ohne dass das Kühlpad verrutscht oder die falschen Stellen kühlt. Dieses hier ist perfekt.. Es gibt viele kleine die man schnell abwechselnd in die Kühlung legen kann ohne dass man am ende ohne eins da steht bzw sitzt. Man kann 2 pads in das kleine Säckchen nebeneinander stecken um eine größere Stelle zu kühlen. Bei meinem Zeh reichte eins. Je nachdem welche Seite man nach unten legt ist die Kühlung stärker oder schwächer. Auch ist es möglich das Band so zu drapieren und festzukletten, dass es nicht zu kühl ist und man damit schlafen gehen kann, ohne Angst zu haben dass man Erfrierungen bekommt 😁👍 trägt sich sehr bequem und ist nicht schwer. Wunderbar 👌👌👌 klare Kaufempfehlung! Besonders bei solchen Verletzungen an Gelenken und Knöcheln der Klettverschluss hält bombig stark, der Verband ist schön weich. Je n'ai testé ces sacs que pour leur rétention de froid, ils sont plutôt efficaces et soulagent pendant 10-15 min une douleur dentaire par exemple. Toujours en bon état après plusieurs mois au frigo et congélateur.

I had some surgery and these were perfect for fitting over my eyes. Because there is 6 of them, I could rotate them frequently enough since they warm up much faster than a regular cooling pack (on account of the size this is to be expected).

I used these to ice my skin before doing IVF injections. They worked well but of course they’re small so the coldness doesn’t last long. It worked perfectly for the timing to do the injections though and I would recommend for that purpose.
