Where is this produced from? product in U.S.A?

Sorry, I do not know the country of origin. The product I have is from SpiceHouse, a distributor in New York, but their website also does not give country of origin. They say their spices are "from all over the world". I can tell you it's not bad. Works well in cooking, and is ok for dipping, but not as good as fresh. My wife is Korean, and we eat a lot of Korean foods, and this works pretty well for that.

What is the shelf-life of powdered Soy Sauce?

I purchased this product to create meals in a jar for long term food storage. That's why it's in powder form instead of a liquid. I assume the shelf-life would be typical to any powdered spice - 1 year or longer depending how you store it. I use oxygen absorbing packets after opening which also extend the shelf life.

What is the sodium content?

if you are trying to limit your sodium this is not the product for you, as in all soy sauce the sodium is high. In this reduced sodium product it is still 21 percent salt.

does this powdered soy sauce cure raw meats the same way soy sauce cures when making jerky?

Yes you would Mix it with water really shake and use it the exact same way! Rubbing it on dry would not work, if that’s what your doing. The meat has to be submerged.
