First review: I'm still nee to this product and I will hopefully update my review throughout the weeks. First serving was taken this morning and i was a little caught off guard by the thickness so next time I will drink it right after I mix it instead letting it set. Either way to combat the thickness I just added 20 total ounces and that was enough to drink. Its not as bad as some say. In my opinion is not the worst thing I've ever had. Plus if your main argue point is taste then supplements will always be hit and miss for you. Get something that works for your body and stick with it. Will update date through out the weeks. New review: I'm back to order more because this stuff rocks. I never had the issue with it turning into Apple sauce after consistently adding 20z versus what it recommends per the label. I drink this with another product and it's by far the best combination of supplements and super tastey. I feel refreshed after drinking it each time and actually look forward to it.

I've tried all of the fiber supplements on the market. This is the best. Although it is basically the same ingredient as Metamucil, this formulation seems to be more effective then Metamucil. A bit more expensive but worth the money.

This works! You can drink it as soon as you mix it. Or you can let it set and get gummy. I am a bodybuilder and when calories get low this helps you get your bowl movements. Very effective.

I starting training and changed my diet I lost the regularity of needing to go for a long time. So my trainer recommended this, He suggest to take it only at night right before bed and to stay hydrated. This did not work for me over night. I actually didn’t go for the next two days. Stomach cramps were noticeably but bearable accompanied by lots of gas! After the third day I finally went. And that day i went at-least six times. I noticed that stools looked hard at first then softened and changed slightly in color and smell, last couple of stool felt like Margaret butter very soft. (Too much info). Haha. I’ve never taken any fiber products so I think this one was doing a cleanse. My stool is now regular and I now go regularly about three times a day. I feel less bloated, more energy. The stomach cramps never really go away but it’s slight almost like a growl feeling. As for everyone who complained about the amount of product in the container , it weight is true, its servings is true. Just read the damn label! Mixing and drinking it is done quick! So if you let it sit it will start to solidify. Which for is a good indicator that it’s good stuff! I recommend it.

This stuff works well & as it should. Flavor is a little woody/mushroomy & mangoey all at once! Lost a star for the packaging which is twice as big as it needs to be. Do better.

The product is good. But it took over a month for this to come in. Only reason why I didn’t cancel is because I had some left to use. I will not order from this company again

Im in my mid 40's and have struggled with my gut health regularly. Nothing seemed to help, then I researched the Psyllium and this product came up. Im telling you it's a game changer. It's been tremendous. The taste is decent, not sure why the complaints, I have the Mango flavor. The texture takes some getting used to, so I added some extra water and a few ice cubes and it was perfect.
