Phones worked out of the box. Factory reset which is what you look for in a renewed phone. Much easier to set up when you don't have to reset them yourself.

It requires activation, which has been frustrating as well as the fact that it doesn't come with a power cord. Which would be fine if it mentioned that in the ad. Very frustrating

Bought this 8841 to use in my home lab and connect back to my client via MRA, and so far I have been happy with it. It came almost brand new packaged in its original box.
