GreenPan Rio Healthy Ceramic Nonstick 5QT Saute Pan Jumbo Cooker with Helper Handle and Lid, PFAS-Free, Dishwasher Safe, Turquoise

I've been using Green Pans for years but this is my first ceramic coated pan and wow! Nothing sticks to it, ever, no matter what. The heat conduction is improved too, I can cook at a lower temperature than I can with my standard gray Green Pans and get the same results. It's heavy duty, burning food doesn't damage it, and it doesn't scratch as easily as the gray Green Pans either. I love this pan so much I'm going to buy a whole set of them. Buy this, you won't regret it.

We love these things which work great and holds lots of food from stews to bacon, steaks, burgs, taco, and so on. Pretty durable but you do need to keep the heat down as red burners (we have an electric stove top) will deteriorate the coating but you can get a year or two out of them if you avoid red burners. Kids (and sometimes the wife) will use metal in them but its generally hard to scratch anyway. Since they are non stick ceramic, they clean super easy with a little water and soap. Undersides get colored/marred pretty easy but I didnt buy these as a fashion accessory.

wow, throw your old tefal pan out! love it, super non sticking. easy to clean out with just a paper towel. wish bottom was little thicker. hope dont warp. time will tell.

I like the durability, weight, and thickness of this pan. It cooks evenly for me and is a great size. I always hand wash my pans, though this is technically “dishwasher safe”, and that definitely seems to extend the life of these pans.

Great pan! Much better capacity than the one we had before. Deep enough to avoid spills. Not too heavy. Very nonstick!

The pans from this manufacturer are awesome! My wife and child love cooking with them, because they are so light, compared to what we had. They also love all the color options! The best part for me is the cleaning. It's so quick and easy to clean. I wish I would have found out about these back in 2000, if they were available. I basically replaced all of our used and deteriorating pans, even the ones with a non-stick and most likely toxic coating. The handle is a good length and coated with a rubbery non-slick texture. It's great to keep the handles cool. The support handle also has the same coating. The lid also stays cool to the touch. The lid does not have a vent and is a normal glass lid. They get hard to clean, right around where the metal and glass touch due to evaporation and splatter. The liquid seeps into that connection point. Unless the entire lid is one complete piece, it just physics. The four-star rating is because I have a gas stove and the burners are wide for the main burner where this pan is usually used on. Even at medium or low heat, the rubbery handle coating get burned and might potentially melt, exposing the metal underneath. I'm very meticulous when I'm cooking and also explain technique and how to care for these pans, to my wife and child. Even with those precautions, the coating is bubbling and charred. The covering hasn't melted, yet. I hope they don't. I have smaller pans from Greenpan, but none this size. It would be a shame if the coating started to melt off.

I love this pan! I got a smaller (10 inch) green pan as a gift several years ago, so I know how good they are. I decided I needed a new no stick pan, so, of course, I looked at green pans. This one does not disappoint! It is a 12 inch pan, which is a good size for large recipes. There are no harmful chemicals in this pan! None! It's worth the money.

Great size to hold enough of favorite foods. Easy clean. Holds up well. SAFE .
