Small and easy to swallow.

Hair growth!

I’ve been dealing with alopecia areata for a little over a year now and have tried so many remedies and diet changes to help grow hair my hair back and stop the shedding… not much has worked and I was losing hope. Love Mary Ruth’s products

I’ve used the whole bottle up and I can say that these probiotics are very good for the price! They gave me more energy. They have lots of vitamins. They don’t have a taste to them. Overall I felt better, stronger and healthier taking them. I’ll probably will repurchase them. Also when it comes to vitamins it’s important to me that they don’t contain any sugar and these don’t so that’s a plus for me.
