These bands are great!
The bands are great. Each band is progressively more difficult, offering greater resistance and opportunity for strengthening. They are versatile and easy to travel with! The fabric covering is much better, thicker and more comfortable than the elastic of other bands. They are very stable and don't roll easily. They fit snugly.

These bands are very good. My previous bands were very thin rubber. But they are very substantial and should last a longer time. My birthday is because that’s what my therapist is using. Various sizes and strength. A nice selection for sure.

I’ve been using these resistance bands for the past few days and have been really impressed with them so far. The fabric material is a big improvement over the latex/rubber version because these don’t pull on my skin or catch on hair, which makes workouts much more comfortable.I also really like that the set comes with five bands at different resistance levels.
