I thought that I had a soft breaker so replaced the breakers in the fuse box. Hunted for open multiples in the wiring scheme but maybe I am a bit slow as all 10 bulbs in service would shut down and after troubleshooting would work again until the next instance of trouble. Bottom line when early Sun night rolls around the power plants are slowly brought up to Monday`s work load-much easier on turbines with a slow ramp up. Well of course the voltage rises and at 123.4 or more volts these tubes shut down. No light and all is well when the voltage drops to 123, or much later in the evening/morn of Monday. Worked in the power industry for 35 years and this is an established practice-maybe not in the origin country of China but stateside it is common.
