12Pcs Nasal Dilator Nose Vents - Hard Cone Small - Anti-Snore Sleep Aid

I have very very narrow nasal passages and also bone deviation further up which makes breathing difficult, in particular at night. Which wakes me up in the night if there’s even the tiniest amount of mucus. These dilators are amazing. For many years I was having to use nasal sprays to constrict the blood vessels to get an unbroken nights sleep ( you’re not meant to use sprays more than a week ). These dilators are so good, over a few months I've been able to stop using the spray in conjunction with the dilators on one side nostril and I’ve managed to reduce the amount of spray still needed on the other nostril to very minimal so far. The dilators are quite hard, so occasionally I do get a bit sore. I need the small size. Make sure they’re fully inserted with no hangout apart from the centre piece of course, so they don’t fall out in the night, if in doubt I’d recommend going down in size rather than up for that reason. I’ve not tried the soft versions because my nose is so narrow, I think they’d probably collapse and also be difficult to insert. Don’t be put off like I was with there being a lot in box, I have no clue how I manage it, but they are easy to loose. I’m on my second box now. I’ll never be without them.

The item was too hard as I have narrowed nsal passages and was hoping that these would help me breath but the plastic scrapped across inside of my nose, very uncomfortable.

So, I tried to save some money & tried these out. Hard & uncomfortable, even after trimming it down a bit to avoid it violating the inner sanctum of my cranium. Nothing about this product is the right shape, proportion or texture. Shame

He says they are painful and they pinch the nose... could order again in another size but that might turn out to be a costly experiment.

Comfortable, couldn't feel them, and do the job.

I have purchased Jose vents in the past and needed replacements, these are so small they seem like they would only fit a young child, but worse than that they are solid plastic with rough edges! Not something you would want up your nose.

Even though they were supposed to be small, I found them quite big and uncomfortable.

Había comprado otra marca hace un año aquí,en Amazon,y aunque hacían su función,las tiritas se despegaban al cabo de un rato.Yo me despertaba siempre sin la tirita.Además me solían producir u picocillo algo molesto. En cambio estas son más grandes y No se despegan.Salen menos que las baratas pero merece la pena.

I love these I used to use Breathe Right strips, but they were making my nose wider.

Ça me change la vie ! Surtout le fait de respirer plus facilement, mais c'est agréable aussi pour mon mari que je ronfle beaucoup moins souvent. Je vous conseille d'acheter d'abord l'assortiment de différentes tailles. C'est beaucoup moins efficace si on achète une taille trop grande, car du coup cela n'entre pas tout au fond des narines, et cela ne soulève pas le fond des narines. Pour ma part je suis une femme adulte et j'utilise la plus petite taille. Je trouve que les modèles souples sont plus confortables mais les modèles durs sont plus efficaces, donc je conseille les durs.
