I bought this product for my treadmill, which hadn’t been oiled in quite a while. I chose it based on positive reviews, a reasonable price, and the helpful pipette. Upon opening the delivery box, I was slightly disappointed to find no product packaging or instructions. There is a QR code on the label linking to their website, but it didn’t work for me. However, the Prounol website does provide helpful, detailed instructions, if you search: “Prounol how to use treadmill maintenance oil correctly”, it should come up. The bottle has a short spout with a red cap that clicks on and off. The spout isn’t really long enough to reach effectively under the treadmill belt, which is where the helpful pipette comes in handy. After reading the instructions, I unscrewed the bottle top, squeezed the pipette bulb to draw up some oil, then lifted the treadmill belt enough to apply it under both sides, before switching it on to spread the oil. In just a few minutes, the job was done. Some squeaking noises had reduced, and I didn’t detect any smells from the oil. All good so far. - Pros: • Reasonably priced • Easy to store • Reasonable capacity • Speedy application • Convenient pipette • No smell - Cons: • No product packaging or paper instruction manual Overall, this product performed as I hoped it would, and for the price, I would definitely recommend it, so I’m happy to give it five stars. Works well on home treadmill, notice the difference immediately. Would give 5* if not for cleaner measurable application method. My treadmill recommends 10ml oil and no more every couple of months via a dedicated hole provided on the treadmill. The pipette included though a bit flimsy at first glance seemed to be a good touch. However, in practice after you've used it for the first time, it's not easy to store without making a bit of mess. You can apply the oil cleanly and easily directly from the bottle, but then have no idea how much you are using.

It’s easy to apply, and the bottle design allows you to control the amount of oil without making a mess. After using it, I noticed the treadmill belt runs much smoother and quieter. Perfect oil for lubricating the running plate. Very easy to use and reduces noise level of the treadmill. Very good value for money.

Excellent also comes with an attachment to measure out the oil. This will last ages highly recommend.

Light n practical n suitable for the use

Easy to use. Just fill the pipette supplied and squeeze out under the track in a wavy motion, from both sides. Then walk on the treadmill for a few minutes to spread the oil ( YouTube video available to show all that). Very effective - noise reduced and motion smoother.
