I was surprised at how comfotable of a fit this support gives. It took a couple of days to get used to with my swollen knee, but now, I don't feel it at all. The sleeve is true to size. I measured my leg & the guide recommended a medium. I have "thick" thighs and was concerned that the sleeve would be too tight, but the medium works perfectly. It stays on all day & doesn't pinch my skin or get scrunched behind my knee. I've been wearing the sleeve since my knee popped & swelled up, a couple of weeks ago, and this neoprene sleeve gives me great support even when I walk up & down the stairs in my house. I also like that the material molds to my leg and gives the compression I need to help keep the swelling down, without being a big bulky brace that I constantly need to adjust. This was a great choice. I give it a 2 thumbs up.

Summary: Great for swimming and cold weather. Could find an alternative for warmer weather and running. I mostly got this for swimming, which it's amazing for. Absolutely solved my problem (helped prevent lateral movement and insulated my knee from the cold water). Not only did it allow me to continue swimming, but I was able to get to the point where I no longer needed it. This is my main knee brace, which I also use 4 days a week for outdoors workouts that are very dynamic (mostly bootcamp style). Despite the abuse I've put it through (chlorinated water and tough workouts, including knees dragging on ground), it's still in great condition. I absolutely recommend this.

Overall I liked the product. I wear this on my left knee when I go to work at night stocking. It's very long it covers the whole knee and some of my shin and thigh like the picture shows. I work 8 hours constantly walking and you only notice it when the sweat builds up, it doesn'y breathe that nice. Squeezes your knee with love

I really like this knee sleeve in terms of its low profile and functionality. Ive been walking a lot on my breaks at work and sometimes my knee flares up. I have other similar knee braces, but they are thicker and are bulky looking underneath my pants. I was dubious if these knee sleeves would have the same stability as the thicker knee sleeves and was pleasantly surprised that they really do the job for my walking needs. And the thinner low profile is much less noticeable underneath my pants which also makes it easier to take off at the end of the day. I will still use my bulkier knee braces for sports and such but I definitely recommend theses for every day use.

At first, donning the brace felt fantastic. The neoprene keeps the knee warm (you will sweat underneath, which is a good thing). It provides just the right amount of compression for recovery and healing. The length is also very good (although it could be considerably longer to include the bottom of the quad and calf). However, the seam sewn at the edge overlaps where the vertical seam on the front of the brace folds under the horizontal edge at the bottom, and this causes a severe friction/pressure point. It is so bad that I wore a hole in my calf that began to bleed (like a blister of sorts). I avoid this rubbing by folding the end of the brace up (like the bottom of blue jeans), which keeps that seam from touching my skin. My other gripe is that the brace stretched out a tad bit after the first use. It is still quite serviceable, but it provides a different compression level after the first wear (I wore mine for several hours on first use). Otherwise, this is a very good compression brace for the money and should provide several weeks of use. You may never need to replace it, just be cognizant of the seams and the potential discomfort there.

Great for martial arts/ tumbling sports/ mogul skiing for extra support and injury prevention. Keeps knees warm and supported. Minor impact protection for the knee cap and does not impede movement very much. I have gone through several pairs of these and they last about 1+ year of heavy use before they start to split or fail, usually near the seams. Totally reasonable for expected use/ lifetime. I wash mine out in the shower with mild soap/ shampoo and hang dry. Good to have 2 pairs so that one pair can dry completely while the other is available for use if you use them a lot.

These are the best! Im not kidding. I was contemplating getting the expensive weightlifting ones (50$ per pair) when I came across these. Honestly, for less than half the price, these are amazing. They fit snug true to size, and are great for compression and warming up your knee. They are great for squatting and running, both of which are a part of my routine. I suffered from a knee injury in soccer 2 years back and tore my meniscus. These help my knee stay warm and mobile, and prevent it from getting stiff.

I have used it before, Almost six yrs still going strong. I'm sure this will last me couple of more yrs, it's reversible makks it adaptable.very good for winter.

La utilizo para BJJ y MMA por una lesión meniscal. Aguanta muy bien la rodilla y permite gran libertad de movimientos. Se lava a mano fácilmente y es sencilla pero efectiva. La volvería a comprar sin duda.

Non a caso la mc david fornisce i suoi prodotti ai migliori atleti della nba. Consiglio di prendere una taglia leggermente piu piccola se si vuole una maggiore stabilità del ginocchio.
