I love Tony C's stuff. First recommended to me at an RV park store in Lafayette, LA by a Cajun family...and they were right. I'll experiment. This last batch i chopped up some sausage and a bag of de-shelled shrimp. I usually let it cool then put it in the fridge to let the flavors gel. Yum!

Delicious flavor
The spices are well measured to produce a delicious yet spicy broth. I add shrimp, chicken and sausage. This enhances the flavor and produces a healthier meal. The package contains rice, so there is no need to add any more.

Delish!!!
I used low sodium chicken broth instead of water, rotis chicken; smoked sausage, and shrimp. My guests raved over it. Made me extremely happy as it takes no time to make it as opposed to making gumbo from scratch.
