Installed this and used it for a month then it suddenly stopped working. Now my cabinet is locked and I can’t open it. How on’t open all of a sudden.

So what happened ? This is a huge concern of my customers. She is scared it will permanently lock. One already did and I had usb power hooked up to it. Luckily the adjacent door opened so I could unscrew the dead one

The 3.5mm connector (to usb) was super fickle and only worked if pulled out 2mm. Can I cut it off and solder the wires together safely? Otherwise grea

I never used this aspect, but I don’t see why I wouldn’t work, it did seem flimsy though.

How do I unlock it if the battery goes dead

It states in the description it will automatically unlock when battery goes dead.
