These insoles feel rock hard to touch so I was a bit worried about wearing these for my plantar fasciatis, expecting them to hurt my feet, but they feel very comfy in my shoes (when worn with socks). I have been recommended these to correct my flat footedness as I've been getting knee pain when walking. I do so much walking daily with my job and two dogs, always on my feet. First day with these and the support on my arch feels great, plus like I mentioned they don't feel hard or uncomfortable either. So far so good! Most other insoles I've tried don't seem to have as much of an arch as these, so these seem really good and a great price too!

Bought these to give them a go as I’ve struggled to find arch supports that are comfortable and fit my shoes nicely. Very pleased to say these fit in most of my sports trainers. They are not cushioned but the height of the arch has relieved my foot pain. They are good quality and have massively reduced the pain I was in from having fallen arches.

These are terrific. Dont move around, fit all my shoes and give support where needed... only issue I've had is that, as I walk about 8 miles/5 days a week, i had blisters on my heels where the sole connected to the heel of my shoe after the first day in them. And they are still blistered even after a rest from the insert. Might have had better results if I'd taken it easy on them the first few wears but I didnt have much choice as I needed arch support badly.

Amazing! I have a flat medial arch, with bunions & this works like magic! Although this feels hard & looks uncomfortable, but you couldn’t be further from the truth…! It works well, and I have little to no pain after using it. It fits into almost all of my covered shoes, even covered dress shoes; although you may have to size up a bit if the shoe is particularly snug. I’ve used the adhesive-backed smaller silicone inserts, but those were much more uncomfortable & didn’t really do much. But this insole is well worth the money & I am so glad I bought it. Yet to see how durable it is, but so far it’s looking good!

After 3 months they lost the original shape and became flat, totally lost the support and rendered them useless, this is the case with almost all insoles, I would not buy again and not recommended, When they first arrived the support to my arches was fantastic but lasting only 3 months is not enough

I haven't run for twenty years and when I came to do a running challenge for charity I found myself in difficulty with my now deformed feet. My toes turn in and I've got bunions which are causing my arches to fall which throws out my ankle, knees, hips and back. I thought I was doomed but these sturdy 3/4 insoles have saved me. I first tried some of the cheaper foam orthotic insoles but they started collapsing after a couple of short runs and they took up too much space in my shoes. Thank the Lord I came across these. Don't be afraid that they're hard, they are so comfortable and they leave your toes free which I need the space to wear toe spacers! The only way you know they're there is that you can move pain free like a teenager again. I need more of these, they're little miracles!

Helped with my flat footedness in my more delicate shoes. Stopped the pain in my ankles and knees. Good Value for money. A wise buy.

Don’t know if it’s suitable for everyone but it helps me. Not perfect but it’s better than nothing. When wearing they come up in the middle and that hurts after while.

Había probado un montón de plantillas y estas me ayudan a levantar el arco porque son super rígidas, lo que hace que mi fascitis me de tregua. Me han llegado hoy. Me las he puesto hoy pero de tooodo lo probado hasta ahora me ha ido el dia bastante mejor. Veremos cuanto duran : )
