can this weld a diamond band saw blade together that would be 37 inches long and 0.126 wide

If this is a serious question then you sir, madam or ? ( yes I live in Komifornia) have no business operating anything with moving blades. Of course this is not going to repair something under any kind of stress like that. The best way to repair a band saw blade is to buy a new one.

Will this fix a bond that was broken due to infidelity?

Now that it has been a few months down the road does anyone know how far one tube would go(approx) if i were to lay a 1/8" bead continiously.

Don't know, but @ 1/8" wide bead, my ghee would be ~1 foot??? Expensive glue for sure with limited applications. It has failed on all smooth surfaces I have applied it to.

Does this work on China or porcelain?

Yes, it will. But you will have to paint your porcelain after using Bondic. This way you saved your China and it will be not easely visible.
