Good acupressure mat. Price is fair
If you are serious about using acupressure mats to help loosen your muscles this is a good buy. It hurts at first, but once the foam gets broken in a little bit it puts the right kind of pressure on your muscles. Using yoga blocks to prop up this item will allow you to apply slightly more pressure from the needles onto the bottom and sides of your legs

Beautiful presentation but not for me.
Packaging was nice but the pillow was not very large and much harder than I expected.

A GOOD BUY
Super good buy! Amazing foam inside- very sturdy works wonders for neck decompression and lower back I’ve even stood on it for feet decompression but that’s a bit advanced I would say.

Love the pillow
I love this pillow, I use it for my neck and back, it helps relax my muscles. Couple it with the mat, I use it weekly to relax my muscles and help with back pain and fatigue.
