It’s excellent quality that looks good and fits in with my colour scheme, great sound easy to set up just follow the instructions, it charges the phone even with a phone cover, would definitely recommend 💯

This clock is a good-looking alarm clock but the method of setting the time or an alarm is overly complicated. Especially for older people. The display is dimmable and is ok but nothing special. The wireless charging is a little temperamental though. Sometimes it doesn't matter where you place your phone, it just refuses to charge despite showing the charging symbol on the display. The best way I have found to correct this is to unplug the device. After about a minute power it on again and the wireless charging starts working again. The radio function is a little temperamental but that might be down to me being in a bad reception area. The alarm sound is loud enough but the radio sound is a little tinny when listening at all but the lowest levels of sound. Would I buy it again? Probably not. It might be ok for you though if you like complicated instructions and live in a good radio reception area.

The first one I bought was faulty and was immediately replaced, so no complaints about customer service.They were very good in that regard. The alarm clock is of decent build quality, just what you would expect at this price range. As far as functions; the screen can been dimmed by pressing the Snooze button, cycling through the different brightness levels with each press. There is also a speaker which you can connect to via Bluetooth. It's not great quality but again, its only cheap so can't expect too much. The rubbery plastic material it is made from is an absolute dust magnet and is difficult to wipe clean, unless using a damp cloth. I didnt expect this to be an issue as I've never had this issue with other devices but it was surprisingly annoying. But... The main reason why I had to get rid of this clock was the fact that you can't just set the alarm to only go off during the week and be off on weekends! You have to remember to turn it off on a Friday and then back on again ready for Monday. This is a real pain. For this reason it went in the bin after a few weeks. Its a big oversight in my opinion. I can't really recommend it as an alarm clock as it lacks basic functionality. I didnt want to spend lots of money on an alarm clock so I bought this one and then another one after this, which turned out to be another waste of money. Lesson learned... I won't buy cheap again as in the end, its just not worth it and you end up spending even more in the long run !! I'd avoid and just spend a little more for better quality

Worked great for first 16 months. Now the time doesn’t show properly. Some of the numbers aren’t displayed accurately making it difficult to read the time, especially during the night. What a shame when it has so many good points - radio, alarm, wireless charger, USB port for watch charger. But being able to know the time is rather its main function.

I bought this alarm clock in July, but didn't get to use it until the October as I was having structural work done in our bedroom, then I decorated it. I chose this clock because it was smaller than my last one, was stylish with the mesh front and it was grey, which matched the colour scheme of the room. On setting it up, neither myself nor my husband were able to set the alarm so that it came on with the radio. Despite following the instructions to the letter, but just never happened. In the end, we have up and set it for the ringer. One feature I did like was that there are five different settings for brightness, so it can be as dim or bright as you like. The clock worked perfectly for the first couple of weeks, then the alarm just didn't go off. At first, I thought I'd switched it off and then went back to sleep, but quickly realised it wasn't me, when it failed to go off next morning. I had to unplug it and then re-set it. That did the trick and the clock behaved for about another two weeks before it happened again. Once more, I unplugged and reset the clock ... and again the same thing happened. This was becoming a joke. I ended up contacting the seller and got my money back. It was only when I was looking for another alarm clock that I read the reviews of this one and others reported the same problems. Wish I'd read the reviews first!

Aug 2025. Have found this clock to be great, Bluetooth works well, good volume and sound. Phone Wireless charging is brilliant and also has an USB port in the back. Compact and great looking. Would recommend.

This is a great little product. It offers a variety of functions, as per the description. It does take some time to set up as the buttons control different functions depending on which mode you're in and it isn't really intuitive. However, the instruction sheet is clear and you just need to work through it step by step. The radio is clear and the sound is nice and round, I haven't quite sorted out the reception yet, I get a bit of interference when I move around the room, I may have to attach the aerial wire to a hook on the wall. The wireless phone charger at the top is great, and it means I've been able to get rid of another charging cable. I really like the fact that it's compact, not much wider than an i-phone, and it's about 3 inches deep. The size means it's great for use on a small bedside table/nightstand. The only reason it isn't five stars is that I'm a bit disappointed with the colour, I chose pink to avoid yet another white or black electronic item (would have preferred purple but it was out of stock), but the illustration leads to the belief it's a dusty pink, which the sides are, but the top is a rather offensive bubble gum pink, the kind of colour you'd buy for a five year old. It's obviously too complicated for a small child, so I'd say the colour is a mistake. However, it's still a great product.

El sonido es bastante bueno por el precio y es fácil de usar. Dicho esto la luz, incluso al nivel mas bajo, es demasiado fuerte y me molesta tenerlo en mi mesilla de la noche. No entiendo porque no podían poner una opción de luz menos fuerte y una de apagado.

Wird leider ohne EU Stecker geliefert, das war erstmal unnötig viel Aufwand... Soundqualität geht so. Am störendsten ist aber dass das Ding leider super unzuverlässig ist... Es funktioniert mal zwei drei Tage und dann geht der Wecker einfach nicht an. Bzw ist eigentlich an, das Alarmsymbol blinkt, Aber er macht keinen Ton.... Was für nen Wecker halt sehr unpraktisch ist.... Generell ist die Bedienung leider alles außer intuitiv. Finger weg.

Ich habe vor ein paar Wochen diesen Wecker bestellt zu meinen bedauern. Zuerst bekomme ich einen englischen Netzstecker mitgeschickt obwohl ich damit hier nix anfangen kann. Desweiteren weißt das Produkt sehr viele Fehler auf da einige Funktionen nicht mal funktionieren von der Firma selber gibt es bis heute keine Rückmeldung.
