Great tasting water and service! Highly underrated and overlooked.
I was a bit skeptical of the water filtration system at first as I had wanted to buy a filtration system that attached directly to the sink. But due to issues that presented itself with conversion issues, I decided to take the leap of faith and buy. The initial setup was quick and easy when it arrived and we were easily able to find a place to put the machine without having that much clutter. The machine is also relatively straightforward and easy to use although there may be some minor issues that may cause the water to not dispense such as water levels, waste water not being replaced, etc. In terms of the actual system itself and the filtration of water, let's just say we live in an area that used to be a huge manufacturing plant for Northrop and them dumping huge amounts of toxic wastes in the soil that seaped through to our water. After using a TDS meter and first tatsing, I'd have to say I'm ver pleasantly surprised and satisfied. Not only does it have solid filtration but the water tastes great and it's very simple to use. In terms of service, our machine ran into issues with when the pump promptly stopped working. I emailed the provider and after walking through the steps on proof we were able to recieve a brand new machine free of charge and shipping!

It Just Doesn’t Do What It Claims - Simple
I did a ton of research about water purification and got a bit fixated with RO filtration (despite now reading a lot that says it’s not very good for your health in the long run comparable to alkalinized water). But I found this purifier’s specs impressive and after SEVERAL MONTHS of deliberation (cause it’s $400?) I pulled the trigger. The first one I got was clearly used AND damaged. A huge crack in the top. Returned in. Got a new one and followed the instructions to a T. Using the provided TDS meter (additionally used one I have as well) — the water would never reduce more than 10 parts per sample. Running tap would be 129 and it would leave this machine at 118-120. Just absolutely ludicrous, especially given the claim that this machine should be dropping the solids value to roughly 30. Don’t waste your money. Get a WATERDROP CHUBBY. It’s literally a fraction of the price and is a basic pitcher design. You can purchase alkalinized filters for it and the water tastes absolutely phenomenal and actually quenches your thirst unlike the RO water, which is actually quite dry normally (while still being pleasant tasting). Returned the second unit cause it’s either defective or the machine is just a hunk of junk.

My favorite kitchen appliance
I love this filter. I’ve had it for about seven months and use it daily. My apartment has terrible water, but this cleans it right up. It is the only absolutely essential item in my kitchen. 7 month update: I moved to a place with worse quality water, and have been using the filter 1-2x every day. It works as well as it did when new, and hasn’t had any issues. *concerns* I think there are three design flaws, but they haven’t been an issue so far. 1. The custom filters - hopefully some are available when I need to order new ones in a few months. 2. The plastic water bin with its plastic handle - the handle is held in place with plastic inserts in the bin. I think this is the most likely part to break. Water is heavy, and plastic gets brittle over time. I don’t see replacements online, and it would be a pain to refill without the handle. 3. (mild annoyance) there is a shutoff valve where the water pours out that is only opened by inserting the caraf. If the caraf breaks you are out of luck on using the filter ... unless you tape the valve open so you can use any container, which is what I did. *Would I buy it again?* It depends, it’s been a life saver, especially living in a tiny apartment without a true kitchen. I always have clean water on tap. If I had a kitchen sink though, I’d probably look for an under sink unit with standard filters.

No More Lugging Or Storing Heavy Water Bottles! Great Tasting Water! No Plastic Taste!
Update: I've been using KFLOW for about 6 months now with no problems. I went back to my name brand water from a plastic bottle for a day & I never realized how there is a strong plastic taste to the water from plastic bottles. With the water from KFLOW there is no taste which is wonderful! After 6 months of use, none of the 4 filters need to be replaced yet. My husband & I previously had to buy & store at least 6 one liter water bottles per day for drinking & cooking. This took up a lot of space not to mention the toll on our backs. In addition, we are hopefully saving the environment by not using all of those plastic bottles. There was no installation required except for plugging it into an outlet & filling it with water. The water out of our faucet tastes horrible, but this water purifier removes that taste. We use it daily for drinking & cooking. Love it so far!

For years I have worried about the quality of tap water that I drink. Therefore I have been using a highly regarded ‘Wellness’ carafe for many years. However after some research I decided to upgrade and try the KFLOW reverse osmosis filter. It is a large, heavy & attractive looking counter top device. It was easy to set up and very easy to use. You have to flush it through several times initially and use the water on plants. Once flushed through the filtration process is super quick. The water tastes lovely. However I wanted to check the quality too and invested in the TDS meter. I have just used it and am both shocked & delighted at the result! Our tap water recorded a red reading of 59, our KFLOW water was 14....so I’m happy. Shockingly though the Wellness carafe reading was 56! So seemingly not much better than plain old tap water. If you are concerned about the quality of water you drink I would recommend this filter.

Great machine, quiet, fast, very efficient. From 176 ppm local water, takes it down to 11ppm. I have it next to my computer speaker. Great support too, they contacted me, and answered promptly for my question about replacement filter.

Amazing machine. Tasty and clean water. Just perfect purchase. A new update (25/10/2021) I had to replace the filters with new one after an year of usage. That’s fine. Once the filters were replaced the machine stopped work at all. It seems the pump inside stopped pumping anymore. Sum up: Not worthy of buying this particular product. Pricy machine plus pricy replacement filters which turned out no usage of them. Even the seller has neither website nor anything else where you can contact him. Just amazing seller and Amazon should consider such sellers on its marketplace.
