I'm loving this supplement! My stress and anxiety levels are noticeably reduced and overall I have been in a better mood. I followed the directions of use and my results occurred within a day or two. I don't have issues swallowing a pill/capsule but this is possibly the smallest capsule I have ever seen! Also this capsule didn't cause my gut any discomfort. The packaging was appropriate and delivery was prompt! Would definitely recommend!

Saffron has been reviewed for use of PMDD, I’ve been taking this brand daily for approx seven months. I can honestly say it has made a difference in my mood. Supplements have come properly sealed, no issues with count or damage. I have recommended this product to several people in my personal life.

May get a little jittery with 2. 1 is sufficient for me.

Great product

Took a single pill with food and was awarded a full night of diarrhea, vomiting and stomach pain so bad I couldn't sleep. My stomach acid tastes like saffron. I don't recommend taking this without doctor supervision.

Product was delivered quickly. It didn't help with symptoms.

Within the first day or two, I felt the results from taking it once a day. It dulls down my overall mood to a slight more tolerable level (not feeling much, mellow). The reason I stopped taking it was because of how fast it made my heart beat even though I was resting. This product is definitely a stimulant or has a lot of caffeine to give the consumer the effect of “more energy, more productive”. Still a way healthier alternative than antidepressants when it comes to mood.
