Gluten-free Gochujang isn't available locally, so I was hoping this would be good, and it did not disappoint! This is an essential seasoning for many Korean dishes and this product is as good as the standard commercial offerings, just without the gluten. Siempre lo compro. Me gusta mucho para sazonar platos y hacer kimchi coreano. El bote es bastante grande así que me dura unos meses.

Not entirely sure what other customers were expecting when they ordered this and then give it a poor review. It has a delicious smoky yet spicy taste. Not too hot. It is versatile and can be used in Korean curries, as a marinade, in soup and even as a flavouring in sourdough bread or focaccia. Excellent in my view.

È la seconda volta che lo compro, la prima in formato più piccolo per paura non piacesse. È diventata la mia salsa preferita, quasi come una droga! È piccante abbastanza , va dosata con attenzione se è la prima volta che la assaggiata. Se mischiata ad altri condimenti, come salsa di soia o salsa di ostriche è spettacolare!
