I really feel I've benefitted a great deal from this supplement, and it's nice having one product my partner and I can share. I'm not sure about the weight loss, since I've also dramatically increased my activity, but I have lost over 10 lbs and the random (fairly minor) adult acne I was suffering from has practically disappeared, but again, I have used some other new products, so I wouldn't call this a terribly scientific review. The one thing I feel I need to address is that I very much think it might affect my period. My cycle used to come like clockwork on the same day every month. The first time I took this (only ONE pill) I was a week late, the second month I was almost 2 weeks late (only took it twice!) and now I take it a few times a month and I just accept that my period is gonna come at random and I can stop wasting money on pregnancy tests. My cramps which used to be CRIPPLING are sooo much better so there's that. That's about all I have to say. For reference I am a 29 year old mostly caucasian female, 5'9, 160 lbs.

My husband and I take this daily. We both have metabolism issues, I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, as well as hormone and thyroid issues and he also has prostate issues (like most older men). I check Labdoor.com prior to purchasing a new supplement, vitamin, etc. While they haven't specifically tested the Olympian Labs DIM, they have tested other Olympian Labs products and they usually rate high. So I felt fairly safe purchasing this product. My only complaint is the size of the bottle compared to the amount of capsules inside. I purchase four bottles every two months. I open all of the bottles and combine them all into one bottle and throw the other three in the recycling bin. This seems like such a waste. I understand they are probably saving money by using the same size bottle for a lot of their products but I wish they sold these in a larger quantity in the same size bottle.

I am being administered Biote which is pellet therapy for horomone replacement. It is required to take the DIM supplements with this treatment. At the Dr. Office, the supplement is close to $40 a bottle for a thirty day supply. This has the same effect and at a lot less cheaper.

This supplement has helped me boost my T levels as well as add a fat burner that makes your body insulin sensitive. It's truly an amazing product. The taste has an orangey taste, if you have a snack something small with this it's easier to digest, but not a must do. If not then sometimes I burp this orange flavor, not a huge issue.

I normally don't leave reviews, but for this I think it is important that I do. I took this for about a week and the only thing it did, was make me extremely tired. Tired to the point where I didn't really want to do anything. That is the point where I decided to stop taking it. It has taken a couple days to get it out of my system, but I am starting to feel like myself again. I know a lot of people seem to love this item and have good results. I guess it's not for everyone, so be very careful when taking it.

I have ordered this product several times as per my doctor's orders. My most recent order (March 2016) I note that the product smells and tastes like Tang instant breakfast drink! i.e. like freeze-dried oranges. There is nothing in the ingredients that specifies anything that would suggest oranges, and so I am beginning to wonder if the bottle was filled with the wrong supplement... which concerns me since I am taking this for medical reasons. I have not been successful in being able to contact Olympian Labs online - their website doesn't seem to be working properly. In general I have been pleased with this product, and everyone knows it doesn't have the best smell in the world, but... oranges? I sure hope I'm ingesting the right thing! UPDATE: I finally was able to get in touch with a representative from Olympian Labs who ascertained that they are using an orange-scented desiccant in the bottle now to mask the otherwise-stinky smell of the product. The product has not otherwise been changed. I have therefore upgraded my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars, since the product is as advertised and one can tell it's doing what it's supposed to be doing because about several hours after you take it, you notice your urine has a pinkish-colored cast to it. Weird. My doctor tells me that taking DIM ensures that estrogens follow proper pathways in the body - helpful to both men and women.
