Great for building pet gates!

When the job calls for double acting hinges then you have little alternative than these. They work fine. My only wish (and this is NOT a complaint) is for hinges of this type to be made available in a smaller, more decorative style. I had originally intended to use these for a tri-fold set of small wooden picture frames that I was going to make as a gift for a friend. I chose not to use these for that purpose because they are just too big and somewhat unsightly for the look that I had in mind. Would someone please make these out of brass and of a suitable size for say, a 5x8 photo frame? I ultimately did use these hinges on a different project - a set of folding privacy screens.

These hinges are very useful. Easy to drill onto screen. I used them for an outdoor screen and they have rusted and discolored the wood screen, BUT they work really well.

Good quality and value. Color was as described and they look and function great.

I had used shelving boards -- and wanted to make a folding screen/ room divider and found these here. Perfect! with a drill, seconds to install 1, so lined up panels and put together a 5 panel folding screen (2 packs of these)- within 35 minutes!!! (now I have to paint and sand, etc- but hey - these were easy!)

Great price. Screw holes are not recessed so the screws fit proud. Soak the screws in vinegar for a couple days so they will match the antique bronze better. 02/19/2022
