It's what you need to add another socket for a downrigger
I bought a 2nd downrigger and needed to install another socket. Fit the bill. A bit of a pain to drill out the aluminum but that's not the socket's fault.

Finally Ready to Go Fishing
I was putting some new Scotty downriggers on the boat and this was the last thing I needed. It was easy to install and a great price. **Since installing I have put 18 King Salmon and 21 Coho on the deck of my boat.**

Great product, and easy to install. Bought two of these to mount on my boat for a set of electric sooty downriggers. These worked great and the scotty plugs fit nicely into them.
