I bought the 4 lb and I was worried that it wouldn't be enough weight to get a workout, and I was wrong. I am fairly strong but a little out of shape, and I think I could have still gotten a pretty good workout with the 2 lb. They recommended starting with the 4 lb and not going right to the 6 lb or 8 lb, and I would too, even if you are in peak physical shape. This activates a different range of muscles and it does take some getting used to. Great product. I got it to increase my range of motion in my shoulders and to loosen up with before playing golf.

I am an old guy (nearly 68). I have been using the 4-pounder for a year now and recently (at the behest of my trainer) bought the 2-pounder for some different exercises to improve mobility in my shoulders. This product is excellent for mobility exercises and for strength exercises. I am a believer!

Both my 4 and 6lb clubs split open after 2 weeks use . Was using these for golf mobility training and occasional punchbag striking for power. Disappointed with lack of durability as they were fun and effective to use until then .

Great addition to my home gym and light enough that I can take it to the gym and on the subway. Great way to add resistance to HIIT workouts, and super sturdy when used for striking. I love it.

I bought this product to use for mobility in my shoulder and I use it for training with my clients. For sure worth it!!!!!!

Too light (2 pounds). I will return & order the 4-pounder. They need b at least, a 2.5-pound starter.
