I’m 5’8” 150 lbs and the Medium fits very well, with the velcros at their smallest/tightest position. I was able to throw my Klim Dakar Jersey (size M) on top of the armor. This setup is snug but very comfortable and have full range of mobility with no excess material. Snug is good because it stretches the mesh open. Ventilation of the Armor plus Jersey is good (I live in Phoenix, AZ). The rear back protector can be removed and used separately, or worn outside the Jersey (with the included strap). This makes the Fox Armor most versatile. I have yet to experiment using the Fox Armor with my Klim Induction Jacket (sans the D30 pads), and also test how the Fox Armor (with/without Back Protector) will blend in with my Oigo Backpack. Many possibilities!

My husband loves this, he downhill mountain bikes with our son, and this level of protection is just what he needs in case he falls. It fits well under jerseys or T-shirts, and the arms and shoulders are comfortable and flexible, and move rather easily. I highly recommend this for anyone who is doing this type of sport. I think this would work well as well for motocross as my son and husband both do that as well.

If you are a standard US physical build - you ABSOLUTELY need to go one or TWO sizes up. If you have a gut - SORRY IT WILL NOT FIT - there is just not enough material in abdominal area to cover even a smaller gut. It is well made, and in combination with other armored section, offers some decent high-speed protection to a motorcyclist. A LARGE it likely a US MEDIUM - I am 6' 2'' and 200 pounds - I find a 2XX does work. It is good value - I own several, and IMPORTANTLY it is cool to wear - I'm in SW Florida and it is fine in summer to bike with this and a t-shirt. Update after a full Florida Summer: I have two of these 'armored jackets' - originally, I liked the idea that it was fairly light weight and good for hot weather motorcycling. A serious downside to all of these designs is if you have an accident - the light nylon fabric will rapidly shred - this really needs to be worn under a fabric CE jacket to offer serious protection. Doing this defeats the hot weather value. I also note the ends of the sleeves are becoming pretty worn. I still use it, but I am thoughtful of its limitations. In reality coming off a motorcycle at any speed is not going to be fun!

UPDATE August, 2025: I haven't worn it since because the sleeves are a little too loose and long, which makes the elbow guards slide around. The straps don't wrap tight enough either. I don't think is so much a defect but a sizing issue. I am normally a medium but because I have a slightly heavier athletic build, I sized up to a large. The problem for me is that Fox clothing tends to be designed for skinnier guys (I've tried several of their elbow pads and shorts), compared to most other brands, so they're either too tight (in medium) or too long (in large). I contacted Fox back in May of 2023 and got a response but never any follow up. It's still hanging in my closet. ========== ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've worn this for a half dozen MTB rides this winter and I feel confident it will help protect me in a crash. It fits well. I am 155lbs/5'8", athletic build. I took off the spine protection for now because I wear a hydration pack. I don't know how hot it will be in the summer but this winter I'm wearing it over one long sleeve base layer and a jacket over it.

Very well made, fit is comfortable and you almost forget you're wearing this. They do run small, so check the size guide. I'm a medium in everything and went with a large, fits perfect.

First off, I am 6' and weigh 280 lbs, I have tried multiple brands of motorcycle armor and this is the only that actually fits well enough to be useful. Pros, Thick sturdy protection, High quality Velcro that feels like it will actually last, Very adjustable for a better fit. Cons, The pads themselves are rather small, only covering a portion of my arms and the shirt itself is kind of short causing the back support to rid up towards the ribs In summary, I like it and will not be returning it. If you are of a more average build and a bit shorter than 6' this will be perfect

I never write reviews but I feel like I have to stand up for this product. This saved me from a serious fall that would have wrecked me and I came out with absolutely no injuries. Absolutely worth the buy, your health is everything!!!

Even for a overweight rider like I am now this jacket stretches and the armor still feels comfortable. I have wore race leather suits, road jackets with armor and this is just as comfortable. If I was still wearing plain leather jackets this would be a great under jacket piece for the armor.

FOX Vs Alpine Star Bionic Action : my Size : 5.8 and 1.74 KG muscular body with some good chest and shoulders . Ordered a Size L Well , if you are looking for Something that fits well feels good on your Shoulders and elbows , i would advise this one . I tried The Alpine Star version " Bionic action , great jacket as far as the second skin but Not open like the FOX in the under arms region so it would be Hot under the sun. Unfortunately i had to Return the Alpinestars since it was to small and the shoulder Protection are not fitting good at all if you are Muscular , it super uncomfortable . The FOX Fit's Perfect . The Molds are all Perfect , the ONLY parts i would have liked to actually be a better Fit are the ones on the chest , they could have been molded a bit better since they are quite flat .... or let's say my chest might not be Flat enough anymore lol . But YES FOX is the way to go !

Ich habe die Fox Racing Titan Sport Jacke jetzt seit einiger Zeit im Einsatz – hauptsächlich beim Motorradfahren und bin absolut zufrieden. Die Jacke bietet großflächigen Schutz (Brust, Rücken, Schultern, Ellbogen) mit CE-zertifizierten Protektoren und sitzt dabei erstaunlich bequem. Die Belüftung ist hervorragend. Selbst an wärmeren Tagen staut sich die Hitze kaum, da das Mesh-Material angenehm luftdurchlässig ist. Trotz der festen Protektoren fühlt man sich nicht eingeengt. Besonders praktisch: Der Rückenprotektor lässt sich herausnehmen und separat tragen – ideal, wenn man zusätzlich einen Rucksack nutzen möchte. Was mir auch gut gefallen hat: Die Jacke sitzt gut am Körper und verrutscht kaum, auch bei ruppigeren Fahrten. Der Reißverschluss ist stabil, und die Verstellgurte helfen dabei, alles optimal anzupassen. Fazit: Eine durchdachte Protektorenjacke für sportliche Einsätze, bei der Sicherheit, Komfort und Flexibilität gut zusammenkommen. Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen!
