Worked good to clean my piercings. You have to use a q-tip to actually get any product wear it needs to be though, you can’t just pour straight from the bottle. It didn’t cause any pain or irritation when I used it. The size of the bottles was pretty good, I was honestly expecting them to be smaller.

Applied this with a cotton swab every day for a month on the front and back of my kid’s ears to help prevent infection. Now we pull out the earrings every few weeks to give the area a good cleaning, but I thought this was an affordable way to keep the piercing site clean while the ear was healing.

My daughter wanted her ears pierced, so then I was looking for aftercare products. And this was a good pack for the price that it was being sold at. I got this and it's actually been really nice to have the two She has one in her room and then one for on the go. And she has been very very good about cleaning her ears morning and night She is turning six and she's being a very responsible kiddo. This product is basically just a fancy salt water. However we have been using it for about 8 weeks now and we have had no infections no even signs and infection. So it is doing what it is supposed to be doing but in that is cleaning the ear. I'm very happy with the fact that we have no infections and that she's being so good about cleaning it with this product.

I only make reviews for quality products that have changed my life. I got my conch and second lobe pierced back in October 2021. Since these were my first piercings, outside of the first lobe piercings I got as a baby, I made sure to stay on top of cleaning them and doing everything that was recommended. For some reason, I still got piercing bumps on all 3 new piercings. I’m not someone who is sensitive to things, but for the first time ever I thought I could be allergic to the surgical steel jewlery. I switched to titanium, did lots of sea salt soaks/pastes and my bumps still didn’t go away. I tried H2Ocean, Urban ReLeaf Piercing solution, the Neil Med fine mist spray, and finally made my own sea salt solution, but none of these worked. I went through multiple bottles of each, thinking I wasn’t using them right. My piercer even said it was my fault the bumps were there since I probably wasn’t cleaning them enough, but I knew I was doing a thorough job. I scheduled a doctors appointment to see if there was anything they could do since the bumps were uncomfortable and painful. One day, I happened across this product and just decided to buy it because it was cheap and I ran out of all other cleansers. When I tell you, this stuff worked magic overnight, I literally wanted to cry tears of joy. Within a week all bumps were nearly gone. Since I had a pretty extreme case, I knew it would take time to go away completely. But by 2 weeks of consistently cleaning my piercings twice a day, I was healed. I am so so sooo incredibly grateful to have found this by chance and I didn’t even read the reviews. I honestly have no idea what these ingredients even are but for some reason it did the trick when the sea salt didn’t. 10/10 product, I apply it using a soaked q-tip and there’s no mess at all. I’m on my third purchase of the 2-pack and can’t wait to get more piercings because I know I can rely on this product, thank you!!!!!!!!

I can't get over how well (and fast) this stuff works! My second earring hole got randomly infected and spread to the first hole also. Not sure exactly how it happened... I wasn't even wearing earrings at the time. Anyhow, It got bad enough that ointments like Neosporin didn't even touch it and I needed an antibiotic. Even after a pretty strong antibiotic, there was still a little bit of infection remaining. I ordered this to try and within a few hours, the redness and lumpiness of the infection were way down. Going on several days now and it's healing it completely. The formula is gentle, too. No stinging or burning. Will always try to have this on hand to clean my piercings in the future!!

A must have for a recent ear piercing. I ordered these small bottles because they are sealed. I'll use up the first in a month or so then have another bottle for my second set of ear rings. I highly recommend this product

It works u guys, it has 0.09 % benzalkonium chloride, which prevents minor wounds from getting infected.

I had two piercings done on one ear simultaneously, the lobe & the helix. I've read many things that say ONLY USE saline, but when you're using that twice a day (or more) & your ear is showing signs of infection, it only makes sense to step up your game. I don't use this daily due to it being a bit more "harsh" than mere saline, but the moment I think my ear may be getting infected, I will use it, and don't have to generally beyond one day twice a day. It makes the ear feel nice and cool, and gives instant relief, and fights infection. I put it in a cheap spray bottle for better accuracy. It does have a slight smell because it IS an antiseptic, but nothing strong. I will continue to grab for this if there are any signs of infection, but as a daily use thing? No. I will stick with saline.

One of my piercings is painful and possibly infected (ever since piercing it 2 days ago). I have been using this 3 times a day since getting my ear pierced (so for the past 2 days) and so far I haven’t noticed any difference in it helping at all. I will update if anything changes and if it starts to improve with using this solution. Update: started using 3-4 times a day and cleared up within 3 days! Works great! And a great price for the amount that you get.
