I have used this product for about 5 years now. I have Crohn's Disease. I usually get a Colonoscopy every year. The first year I used this my Gastro doctor said my colon looked much better. I had heard Berberine was good for blood sugar so tried this one. It had great reviews and I liked it was made in the USA. I couldn't take 3 day as suggested my stomach doesn't take change well. I started in the mornings. I am now up to taking it in the mornings and evenings. in another week or two I'll try the third dose. It is really helping my sugars and bringing them down which I love. I don't do well on many meds and the ones I do well on my insurance doesn't cover. I feel like I have hope now.
