Great quality, good size and price! I used it in all my cooking now, has replaced all my other nasty starch! To thicken my sauce, soup, making dessert to replace jelly to using the top make a vegan pizza. Its just amazing and I'm a big fan!

I first bought this to add to homemade cosmetics, but then realised how nutritious arrowroot is so I started incorporating it into my gluten free bread rolls. The results from replacing half of my normal gluten free flour with arrowroot were fantastic! They were lighter and fluffier than previously. Plus the arrowroot has more fibre and fewer carbs than the flour it replaced. I have had similarly good results with home made gluten free crackers and cakes. I am certain that it is gluten free as I am a very sensitive coeliac who can’t tolerate oats but I have had no problems eating this brand of arrowroot.
