Can't beat the price, great taste and price, unusually thick sauce, needed to add a little water but that was showing less cheap filler, would buy again.

For canned chili, this is good. The sauce is actually pretty decent, it is actually chunky, and it is actually beef; not a mix with chicken or pork. Problem is Amazon won't sell it by the case; I buy groceries once a month, when our single fixed income comes in. Amazon won't allow me to buy enough of this stuff! Even when I try to get the 6 can pack it gets cancelled on me half the time. Why? This is not too spicy, not bland either, it's a decent amount in the can when I put it over pasta anyway it makes a full bowl meal. I really don't get why I'm not allowed to buy a 12 can pack/case of this. This is much better tasting than the Angus one, which is watery & has an odd flavor to the sauce. Unfortunately the Angus one is the only one I can get a 12 pack case of so far. This and sometimes can soup are the only beef we can get anymore, since we're broke & don't have a ride to get to a supermarket (which are all 5+ towns and over 45 minutes drive away from us). I appreciate this is still 100% beef, as I'm allergic to pork since childhood, the mixed meat almost every other brand or style uses is not an option for me. Please stock more & stop forbidding me to order more!

Really tasty, but too MUCH SALT, and would like at least a hint of heatMake it healthier by lower salt content.

Excellent product

I've tried so many different chilis. Hormel with Beans is my favorite. It stays in good price range and isn't $5+ a can like Wendy's and them, that aren't as good as the restaurant's. Home made is top choice always, but Hormel is next.

I got the chunky beef chili with beans and this was super bland/mild. It tasted ok to eat though, I have it with rice, sometimes with cornbread or biscuits. Will stick with other brands or my own. Happy to try things out.

I really like Hormel chili and have been buying it for years and years. I had one can of diced tomatoes to each can of chili and it makes it taste so fresh and homemade.
