Versatile, as it sits on a table top too!

I like this because I have a very large, very old, very valuable platter hanging on the wall using this rack. I was terrified to use something small and lightweight because this platter is oval, heavy and fragile. It seems to be working well, my only complaint would be the depth of the hook. Meaning: there's quite a bit of space in between. Make sure and check your dimensions because it sticks out from the wall a lot. You may need something more narrow because if someone runs into my platter, it will fall right out of this hook.

My wall hanger did not come with screws or nails. It also has a couple of places where the finish was scratched off, as you can see in the picture. It’s not bad enough to hassle with sending it back, but it’s very disappointing to buy something new and it arrive damaged. It’s sturdy/heavy.

Bought this for my Grandpa’s old 18” turkey platter that I wanted to display.I searched the internet far and wide for something sturdy enough, and that fit my budget. I bought this knowing that my platter might be a bit too long.This product is quite sturdy when screwed into a stud. It looks very nice too.I wish the base was a bit more wide. I have my reservations if someone were to accidentally bump it, it would tip off the side.Happy with product, but wouldn’t recommend it for a platter as long as mine.

I'm quite pleased with this item which I used to hang a large ceramic plate/bowl I brought back from Morocco. Because the plate/bowl has some depth to it, I needed a hanger which could provide a deep enough shelf to keep it stabled. The ceramic has some black in it so this black holder looks very good with it.

Wanted to hang a beautiful soapstone platter I bought in Africa, but it's quite heavy and I just didn't trust the little springy hangers. This is heavyduty and very nice looking, compliments my platter nicely. It does stick out quite a bit so theplate can lean back against it, so we had to hang the plate high enough not to run into it, but that was easy to work around. Bought another for a different platter I liked it so much!

I used these to display vintage cast iron skillets, griddles and lids on the wall. They work very well and really look good. It has a little trouble with the skillets because they are so deep (they like to fall forward) but when sitting on a flat shelf, they work fine. Very good product- will buy more.

This is really big. Bigger than I needed and I had to put a few items behind the tray that I placed in it for the tray to stand up. Otherwise it would have been leaning far too back and not displayed right. But, after putting a block behind it, the tray stands up. I am using it high on the wall above a frig to display a silver platter.
